Biurko Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest biurko wykonane z pionowo i poziomo usytuowanych plyt tworzacych otwarte, prostopadloscienne wneki i pólki skrzyniowe, ponad którymi znajduja sie glówny i mniejszy blat biurka. Prawa czesc biurka wedlug wzoru stanowia wneki skrzyniowe, pomiedzy któ- rymi usytuowana jest szuflada. Natomiast, lewa czesc biurka stanowi duza pro- stopadloscienna wneka odslonieta od zewnetrznej strony przez wyeliminowanie scianki bocznej i scianki przedniej.W tylnej czesci glównego blatu biurka wedlug wzoru znajduje sie mniejszy blat posiadajacy szerokosc glównego blatu biurka i majacy postac nadstawki wykonanej z wydluzonej, prostokatnej plyty podpartej malymi plytkami o ksztalcie kwadratu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.l przedstawia biurko w widoku ogólnym i fig.2 - odmiane I biur- ka - w widoku ogólnym i fig.3 - odmiane II biurka - równiez widoku ogólnym.Przedstawiona na fig.2 odmiana biurka wedlug wzoru ma otwarta prostopadlo- scienna wneke stanowiaca prawa czesc biurka powstala przez wyeliminowanie zewnetrznej, bocznej i przedniej scianki, przy czym tylna scianka biurka stano- wiacego odmiane biurka wedlug wzoru posiada prostopadloscienne wybranie o ksztalcie wydluzonego, pionowo usytuowanego prostokata. Lewa czesc biurka wedlug wzoru stanowi pionowo usytuowana pojedyncza plyta meblowa. Przedstawiona na fig.3 odmiana II biurka wedlug wzoru wykonane jest z plyt meblowych usytuowanych pionowo i poziomo, przy czym lewa czesc biurka stanowi otwarta duza prostopadloscienna wneka z pólka, a prawa czesc biurka stanowia otwarte, prostopadloscienne wneki skrzyniowe, pomiedzy którymi usytuowana jest szuflada. W tylnej czesci glównego blatu biurka stanowiacego odmiane II biurka wedlug wzoru znajduje sie mniejszy blat posiadajacy szero- kosc glównego blatu i majacy postac nadstawki wykonanej z wydluzonej pro- stokatnej plyty podpartej malymi plytkami o ksztalcie kwadratu, przy czym zew- netrzne, narozne podparcia mniejszego blatu stanowia pionowo usytuowane tuleje.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Biurko wedlug wzoru wykonane jest z usytuowanych pionowo i poziomo plyt meblowych tworzacych otwarte wneki skrzyniowe i pólki oraz blaty tworzace poszczególne czesci biurka. - Biurko wedlug wzoru posiada dodatkowy, maly blat usytuowany w tylnej czes- ci glównego blatu podparty pionowo usytuowanymi, kwadratowymi plytkami ( fig. 1,2 i 3).Fig.1 Fig 2 Fig.3 PLThe industrial design is for a desk made of vertically and horizontally arranged boards creating open, rectangular recesses and box shelves, above which are the main and smaller desk tops. The right side of the desk, according to the design, consists of box recesses, between which a drawer is located. Meanwhile, the left side of the desk is a large rectangular recess exposed from the outside by the elimination of the side and front walls. At the rear of the main desk top, according to the design, is a smaller top, as wide as the main desk top and in the form of an extension made of an elongated, rectangular board supported by small square-shaped plates. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the desk and Fig. 2 - variant I of the desk - a general view and Fig. 3 - variant II of the desk - also a general view. The variant of the desk according to the design shown in Fig. 2 has an open, cuboid recess constituting the right part of the desk, created by eliminating the outer, side, and front walls. The rear wall of the desk constituting the variant of the desk according to the design has a cuboid recess in the shape of an elongated, vertically oriented rectangle. The left part of the desk according to the design is a vertically oriented single furniture board. Between the left and upper parts of the desk, which is a variation of the desk according to the pattern, there is a shelf extending beyond the desk outline in the front part, while the upper part of the desk is the main tabletop in the form of a rectangular board, while on the rear, right corner of the main tabletop there is a small corner extension made of two square furniture boards placed at a right angle and topped with a small tabletop covering them. The desk version II shown in Fig. 3 is made of furniture boards arranged vertically and horizontally, with the left part of the desk being an open, large, rectangular recess with a shelf, and the right part of the desk being open, rectangular box recesses with a drawer between them. At the rear of the main desk top, which is version II of the desk according to the pattern, there is a smaller top that is the same width as the main top and has the form of an extension made of an elongated rectangular board supported by small square-shaped plates, with the outer corner supports of the smaller top being vertically arranged sleeves. Essential features of the industrial design: - The desk according to the pattern is made of vertically and horizontally arranged furniture boards that create open box niches and shelves, as well as tops that form the individual parts of the desk. - The desk according to the pattern has an additional, small top located at the rear of the main top supported by vertically arranged square plates (Fig. 1, 2, and 3).
