Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac regalu przeznaczona zwlaszcza dla dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunku, ksztalcie, wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych czesci wzoru. Regal wedlug wzoru posiada górne brzegi powierzchni bocznych oraz czesci tylnej o ksztalcie lagodnego luku. Tylna czesc regalu oslonieta jest plyta o zaokraglonych narozach oraz o krawedziach w postaci lagodnego splaszczonego luku. Powierzchnie boczne moga byc pod niewielkim katem, w ksztalcie prostokata lub trapezu. Wnetrze regalu podzielone jest na poziome pólki. Regal posiada pólki o zaokraglonych narozach lub o krawedziach w ksztalcie splaszczonego luku. Wnetrze regalu moze byc podzielone pionowymi przegrodami na mniejsze czesci lub posiadac szuflady, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach, fig 1 do 7. Regal pokazany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1, 2 i 7 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci górnych brzegów powierzchni bocznych i czesci tylnej w ksztalcie lagodnego splaszczonego luku, zas wnetrze regalu podzielone na poziome równolegle pólki. Tylna powierzchnia regalu nie rozciaga sie na calej jego szerokosci, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1, 2, 7. Regal przedstawiony na fig 2 przedstawia tylna czesc mebla, wspólna dla wszystkich odmian wzoru. Regal pokazany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 3 i 6 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci górnych brzegów powierzchni bocznych oraz czesci tylnej w ksztalcie lagodnego splaszczonego luku, zas powierzchnie wewnetrzna podzielona poprzecznymi przegrodami na mniejsze czesci. Wewnatrz kazdej z tych czesci znajdujasie równolegle pólki. Poszczególne pólki posiadaja zaokraglone naroza, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 3 i 6. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a shelf intended especially for preschool children, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, drawings, shape, and the relative positioning of individual parts of the design. The shelf, according to the design, has the upper edges of the side surfaces and rear section in the shape of a gentle arc. The rear section of the shelf is covered with a board with rounded corners and edges in the form of a gentle, flattened arc. The side surfaces can be slightly angled, rectangular, or trapezoidal. The interior of the shelf is divided into horizontal shelves. The shelf has shelves with rounded corners or edges in the shape of a flattened arc. The interior of the shelf may be divided into smaller sections by vertical partitions or have drawers, as shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1 to 7. The shelf shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1, 2, and 7, has significant industrial design features in the form of the upper edges of the side surfaces and the rear section in the shape of a gentle, flattened arc, while the interior of the shelf is divided into horizontal, parallel shelves. The rear surface of the shelf does not extend across its entire width, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1, 2, and 7.
