Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kacik mebli mlodziezowych. Meble wchodzace w sklad zestawu zestawione sa pod katem 90° i skladaja sie z biurka oraz szafkowego, prostopadlosciennego segmentu, którego górne zwienczenie stanowi skrzyniowe lózko. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie poszczególnych elementów mebli wchodzacych w sklad kacika, a w szczególnosci - ksztalcie przedniej i bocznej sciany szafkowego segmentu z lózkiem oraz przedniej i bocznej sciany biurka. Znane sa rozmaite zestawy mebli mlodziezowych - w tym, równiez, rózne kombinacje meblowych zestawów, których elementy usytuowane sa, wzajemnie do siebie, pod katem 90°. Znane meble stanowia tzw. kaciki mebli uczniowskich lub mlodziezowych. Np. z opisu wzoru uzytkowego nr 46345 znany jest kacik uczniowski skladajacy sie z dwudrzwiowej szafki, której górna plyta stanowi przedluzenie blatu biurka podpartego, drugostronnie, na bocznej plycie usytuowanej pionowo. Na tylnej czesci dwudrzwiowej szafki znanego kacika usytuowana jest, szafka z pólkami i prostopadlosciennymi wnekami. Znane sarówniez kaciki skladajace sie z biurka i lózka, przy czym blat znanych biurek polaczony jest z lózkiem pod katem 90°. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kacik meblowy w widoku ogólnym, fig.2 - biurko - w widoku od przodu, fig. 3 - szafkowy segment z lózkiem - w widoku od przodu, fig. 4 - segment z lózkiem - w widoku z boku,. Wszystkie, przedstawione wyzej, elementy szafkowego segmentu kacika wedlug wzoru maja identyczne wysokosci, natomiast ich górne zwienczenie stanowi lózko skrzyniowe 8 przystajace do górnych plyt wymienionych elementów. Dluzsze sciany skrzyni lózka 8 posiadaja wybrania 9 o ksztalcie polowy wydluzonej litery C, dzieki czemu wysokosc lózka 8 u wezglowia jest nieco wyzsza od wysokosci przeciwleglej czesci lózka. Blat 1 biurka wraz z noga 2 umieszczony jest w duzej prostopadlosciennej wnece 4 pod katem 90° w stosunku do polozenia szafkowego segmentu. Biurko ma blat 1 o ksztalcie prostokata, który podparty jest, z jednej strony, noga 2 majaca postac plyty, natomiast z drugiej strony, pod blatem _L równolegle do jego krótszego boku, usytuowana jest prostopadloscienna szafka 3 z pólkami. Szafkowy segment kacika ma, w widoku od przodu, usytuowane w jednej linii: duza prostopadloscienna wneke 4, dwudrzwiowa szafke 5 i pionowa drabinke 6, zas przy drabinkow a sciane boczna szafkowego segmentu wedlug wzoru stanowi szafka 7. The furniture included in the set is arranged at a 90° angle and consists of a desk and a cuboid cabinet segment, the upper culminating in a box bed. The essence of the design is reflected in the unique shape of the individual furniture elements within the corner, particularly the front and side walls of the cabinet segment with the bed, and the front and side walls of the desk. Various youth furniture sets are known, including various combinations of furniture sets whose elements are positioned at a 90° angle to each other. These known pieces of furniture constitute so-called student or youth furniture corners. For example, the description of utility model No. 46345 describes a student's corner consisting of a two-door cabinet, the top of which is an extension of a desk top supported on the other side by a vertical side panel. At the rear of the two-door cabinet, this known corner features a cabinet with shelves and rectangular recesses. Corners consisting of a desk and a bed are also known, with the top of the known desks connected to the bed at a 90° angle. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the furniture corner, Fig. 2 shows a desk in a front view, Fig. 3 shows a cabinet segment with a bed in a front view, and Fig. 4 shows a segment with a bed in a side view. The corner according to the pattern consists of a desk and a cuboid cabinet segment set at an angle of 90° to each other. The desk of the corner according to the pattern has a rectangular top 1, where, on one side, the desk top has a leg 2 in the form of a board constituting one of the side walls of the desk, while, on the other side, under the JL top, parallel to its shorter side, there is a cuboid cabinet 3 with shelves, where the shelves with the box-like recesses created by them constitute the other side wall of the desk (fig. 1 and 2). The cabinet segment of the corner according to the pattern, in a front view (Fig. 3), has a large, rectangular recess 4, a two-door cabinet 5, and a vertical ladder 6 arranged in a single line, while the side wall of the cabinet segment according to the pattern is a cabinet 2 with box recesses separated by a shelf (Fig. 4). The supporting boards of the vertical ladder 6, situated perpendicular to the front wall of the cabinet segment, have oval ends in the front upper part and extend beyond the outline of the cabinet segment. All of the above-described elements of the cabinet segment according to the pattern have identical heights, while their upper finial is a box bed 8 congruent to the upper boards of the aforementioned elements. The longer walls of the bed box 8 have recesses 9 in the shape of half an elongated letter C, thanks to which the height of the bed 8 at the head is slightly higher than the height of the opposite part of the bed. The desk top 1 together with the leg 2 is placed in a large rectangular recess 4 at a 90° angle to the position of the cabinet segment. The youth furniture corner will be available on the market under the name "ARTUR". Essential features of the industrial design The corner according to the design consists of a desk and a rectangular cabinet segment with a box bed, arranged at a 90° angle. The desk has a rectangular top 1, which is supported on one side by a leg 2 in the form of a board, while on the other side, under the top _L, parallel to its shorter side, there is a rectangular cabinet 3 with shelves. The cabinet segment of the corner has, in a front view, arranged in one line: a large rectangular recess 4, a two-door cabinet 5 and a vertical ladder 6, while next to the ladder and the side wall of the cabinet segment according to the design is a cabinet 7. The longer walls of the bed box 8 have recesses 9 o The shape of half an elongated letter C, thanks to which the height of the bed 8 at the head is slightly higher than the height of the opposite part of the bed. All elements of the cabinet segment of the corner have the same height, and the upper part of the cabinet segment is the bed 8, which is congruent with the upper plates of the cabinets included in the segment (figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4).
