Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szafka przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów i linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku , na którym - fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane szafki w widoku z przodu, - fig.2 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane szafki w widoku z boku, - fig. 3 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane szafki w widoku aksonometrycznym, - fig.4 przedstawia druga odmiane szafki w widoku z przodu, - fig.5 przedstawia druga odmiane szafki w widoku z boku, - fig.6 przedstawia druga odmiane szafki w widoku aksonometrycznym. Szafka ma zarys bryly o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z podstawa prostokata, a strona frontowa szafki zaopatrzona jest w drzwiczki z uchwytami, pomiedzy którymi umieszczony jest zestaw szuflad, przy czym szuflady zaopatrzone sa w umieszczone centralnie uchwyty, zas dolna podstawa szafki zaopatrzona jest w nózki.Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku pierwsza odmiana szafki ma zarys bryly o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z podstawa prostokata, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze frontowy bok podstawy szafki ma ksztalt luku, a strona frontowa szafki zaopatrzona jest w dwie pary drzwiczek z uchwytami, pomiedzy którymi umieszczony jest zestaw szuflad, przy czym kazde skrajne drzwiczki wyposazone sa w pojedyncze podluzne pionowe listwy, zas szuflady cofniete sa wzgledem linii drzwiczek, a pomiedzy szufladami a drzwiczkami umieszczone sa listwy, przy czym nad górna szuflada i pod dolna szuflada oraz pomiedzy szufladami srodkowymi sa dodatkowe poziome listwy, przy czym szuflady zaopatrzone sa w umieszczone centralnie uchwyty, natomiast boczna i frontowa powierzchnia górnej pokrywy szafki ma wieniec w postaci profilowanej listwy, zas dolna podstawa szafki zaopatrzona jest w nózki, których boki lukowo rozszerzaja sie ku górze jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.1, fig.2, fig.3 . The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, possessing a unique character, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of elements and lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which - Fig. 1 shows the first version of the cabinet in a front view; - Fig. 2 shows the first version of the cabinet in a side view; - Fig. 3 shows the first version of the cabinet in an axonometric view; - Fig. 4 shows the second version of the cabinet in a front view; - Fig. 5 shows the second version of the cabinet in a side view; - Fig. 6 shows the second version of the cabinet in an axonometric view. The cabinet has a rectangular shape with a rectangular base, and the front side of the cabinet is equipped with doors with handles, between which a set of drawers is placed, wherein the drawers are equipped with centrally placed handles, and the lower base of the cabinet is equipped with legs. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the first version of the cabinet has a rectangular shape with a rectangular base, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the front side of the cabinet base is in the shape of an arc, and the front side of the cabinet is equipped with two pairs of doors with handles, between which a set of drawers is placed, wherein each end door is equipped with single longitudinal vertical strips, and the drawers are set back from the line of the doors, and strips are placed between the drawers and the doors, wherein above the upper drawer and below the lower drawer, and There are additional horizontal strips between the middle drawers, with the drawers having centrally placed handles, while the side and front surfaces of the top cover of the cabinet have a crown in the form of a profiled strip, and the lower base of the cabinet is equipped with legs whose sides expand upwards in an arc, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3. The pattern can be made in any colors and their combinations. Second Variation In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the second variant of the cabinet has a rectangular shape with a rectangular base, where the essential features of the industrial design are that the front side of the cabinet base is in the shape of an arc, and the front side of the cabinet is provided with two doors with handles, between which there is a set of drawers, wherein each door is equipped with single longitudinal vertical strips, while the drawers are set back in relation to the door line, and strips are placed between the drawers and the doors, wherein above the upper drawer and under the lower drawer and between the middle drawers there are additional horizontal strips, wherein the drawers are provided with centrally placed handles, while the side and front surface of the upper cover of the cabinet has a rim in the form of a profiled strip, and the lower base of the cabinet is provided with legs, the sides of which expand upwards in an arc like shown in the drawings Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6.
