Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, oryginalna postac kompletu mebli lazienkowych, w którym których ksztalt poszczególnych szafek, uklad linii oraz sposób wykonczenia nadaje mu swoisty, nowy i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, oryginalna postac kompletu mebli lazienkowych przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie poszczególnych szafek, ukladzie linii oraz estetyce wykonania i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych: rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, które przedstawiaja komplet czterech szafek lazienkowych i lustra w widoku perspektywicznym przedstawiony w pieciu figurach. Fig. 5 przedstawia lustro z punktami swietlnymi, a cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to prostokatne lustro posiadajace prostokatna pólke u dolu i prostokatny wypust na górze posiadajacy sa punkty swietlne. The essence of the industrial design is a new, original form of a bathroom furniture set, manifested in the shape of individual cabinets, the arrangement of lines, and the aesthetics of workmanship, and is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material, which depict a set of four bathroom cabinets and a mirror in a perspective view, presented in five figures. Fig. 1 shows a rectangular standing bathroom cabinet with two interiors with doors having handles and three drawers with handles, and the essential features of the industrial design are the lower interior of the cabinet closed with a lower door, three drawers in the middle part of the cabinet and the upper interior closed with an upper door, wherein the upper edge of the lower door and the lower edge of the front of the lower drawer have the form of a profile line with a shape similar to a horizontal arc with a convexity directed downwards. Fig. 2 shows a rectangular standing bathroom cabinet having one interior with a pair of doors with handles and a drawer with a handle, and the essential features of the industrial design are the interior of the cabinet closed with a pair of doors located below the drawer, wherein the upper edge of the pair of doors together and the lower edge of the drawer front have the form of a profile line with a shape similar to a horizontal arc with a convexity directed downwards. Fig. 3 shows a rectangular hanging bathroom cabinet having one interior with a pair of doors with handles, and the essential features of the industrial design are the lower edge of the pair of doors together have the form of a profile line with a shape similar to a horizontal arc with a convexity directed downwards. Fig. 4 shows a rectangular bathroom cabinet under a washbasin with a built-in washbasin, having an interior with doors with handles. The essential features of the industrial design include an interior enclosed by two doors, above which is a washbasin profile adjacent to the built-in washbasin in its upper part. The upper edge of the two doors together and the lower edge of the washbasin profile form a profile line roughly resembling a horizontal arc with a downward convexity. Fig. 5 shows a mirror with light points, and the essential features of the industrial design include a rectangular mirror with a rectangular shelf at the bottom and a rectangular projection at the top containing light points. An important feature of the industrial design is the cabinet bodies laminated on both sides, and the fronts of the doors, drawers, mirror projection and washbasin profile are covered with furniture foil.
