Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, oryginalna postac kompletu mebli lazienkowych, w którym których ksztalt poszczególnych szafek, uklad linii oraz sposób wykonczenia nadaje mu swoisty, nowy i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, oryginalna postac kompletu mebli lazienkowych przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie poszczególnych szafek, ukladzie linii oraz estetyce wykonania i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych: rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, które przedstawiaja komplet szesciu szafek lazienkowych i lustra w widoku perspektywicznym przedstawiony w siedmiu figurach. The essence of the industrial design is a new, original form of a bathroom furniture set, manifested in the shape of individual cabinets, the arrangement of lines, and the aesthetics of workmanship, and is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material, which depict a set of six bathroom cabinets and a mirror in a perspective view, presented in seven figures. Fig. 1 shows a rectangular standing bathroom cabinet having two interiors with doors with handles and an open shelf, and the essential features of the industrial design are a lower cabinet interior closed by a lower door, an open, rectangular shelf in the central part of the cabinet, and an upper interior closed by a pair of upper doors. Fig. 2 shows a rectangular standing bathroom cabinet having two interiors with doors with handles and an open shelf, and the essential features of the industrial design are a lower cabinet interior closed by a lower door, an open, rectangular shelf in the central part of the tray, and an upper interior closed by an upper door. Fig. 3 shows a rectangular floor-standing bathroom cabinet with a single interior with a pair of doors with handles and a drawer with a handle. The essential features of an industrial design include the cabinet's interior being closed by a pair of doors located below the drawer. Fig. 4 shows a rectangular bathroom cabinet under a washbasin with a built-in washbasin, with an interior with bottoms with handles. The essential features of an industrial design include the interior being closed by two doors, above which is a washbasin profile adjacent to the built-in washbasin at the top. Fig. 5 shows a rectangular wall-hung bathroom cabinet with a single interior with doors with handles. The essential features of an industrial design include the interior being closed by two doors. Fig. 6 shows a rectangular wall-hung bathroom cabinet with a single interior door. The essential industrial design features include the absence of handles and a mirror covering the door front with symmetrical edges along the side edges of the door. Fig. 7 shows a wall-hung mirror with light points. The essential industrial design features include the mirror's vertical side edges, its horizontal lower edge, and its upper edge in the form of a profile line roughly resembling a horizontal arc with the convexity pointing upward. An important feature of the industrial design is the flat plinth under the cabinet from Fig. 1 and the lack of plinths under the cabinets from Fig. 2, 3 and 4, and the cabinet bodies and the plinth under the cabinet from Fig. 1 are laminated on both sides, and the fronts of the doors, drawers and the profile under the washbasin are covered with furniture foil.
