Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest witryna przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac witryny przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych witrynie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek witryny wedlug wzoru w korzystnym przykladzie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie witryny wedlug wzoru jak na fig.1, w widoku perspektywicznym. Witryna wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Witryna ma przeszklone drzwi o konstrukcji ramowo - plycinowej, zamocowane do górnego wienca witryny, przy czym krawedzie drzwi pokrywaja sie z zewnetrznymi krawedziami witryny, tak ze nie widac boków i wienców witryny. Rama drzwi jest plaska, wykonana z tego samego profilu, laczonego ze soba pod katem prostym. Plycine o ksztalcie prostokata, stanowi plaska tafla szklana. Na plaskiej listwie dolnego ramiaka, symetrycznie wzgledem srodkawitryny, zamocowane sa dwa uchwyty listwowe prostokatne o krzywoliniowej powierzchni górnej. Witryna ma korpus podzielony dwoma pionowymi przegrodami na trzy czesci. Kazda czesc jest podzielona pólka szklana o dlugosci równej szerokosci czesci na jakie jest podzielona witryna i szerokosci nieco mniejszej niz glebokosc witryny. Pólki maja polerowana widoczna waska krawedz. Witryna moze byc wykonana w dowolnej wielkosci, w dowolnych kolorach i w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorów, przy czym powierzchnie moga byc wykonane jako gladkie, blyszczace lub matowe. Witryna w wykonaniu przedstawionym na fig. 2 ma dekor ciemna olche o widocznej strukturze drewna barwiona na ciemny, cieply braz. Okucia to jest uchwyty, nózki i profil laczacy nózki jest w kolorze nikiel mat. Oczywiste, ze nie jest to jedyne mozliwe wykonanie dekom. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Witryna ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, przy czym ma przeszklone drzwi o konstrukcji ramowo - plycinowej, zamocowane do górnego wienca witryny, calkowicie zaslaniajace boki i wience witryny, których rama jest plaska, wykonana z tego samego profilu, laczonego ze soba pod katem prostym, plycine o ksztalcie prostokata, stanowi plaska tafla szklana, a na plaskiej listwie dolnego ramiaka, symetrycznie wzgledem srodka witryny, zamocowane sa dwa uchwyty listwowe prostokatne o krzywoliniowej powierzchni górnej, oraz ma korpus podzielony za pomoca pionowych przegród na trzy czesci, przy czym wszystkie czescikorpusu maja jednakowa szerokosc i wysokosc, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig. 2. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the display case, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the display case an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 presents a schematic drawing of the display case according to the design in a preferred embodiment, in a perspective view. Fig. 2 presents photographs of the display case according to the design as in Fig. 1, in a perspective view. The display case according to the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The display case has a glazed door with a frame and panel construction, attached to the upper panel of the display case, with the edges of the door aligned with the outer edges of the display case, so that the sides and panels of the display case are not visible. The door frame is flat, made of the same profile, joined at right angles. The rectangular panel is a flat sheet of glass. Two rectangular strip handles with a curved upper surface are mounted on the flat lower rail, symmetrically to the center of the display case. The display case has a body divided into three sections by two vertical partitions. Each section is divided by a glass shelf, the length of which is equal to the width of the sections into which the display case is divided and the width slightly less than the depth of the display case. The shelves have a polished, visible narrow edge. The display case can be manufactured in any size, in any color, and in any color combination, with smooth, glossy, or matte surfaces. The display case shown in Fig. 2 has a dark alder decor with a visible wood structure, stained a dark, warm brown. The hardware, including handles, legs, and the leg-connecting profile, is finished in matte nickel. Of course, this isn't the only possible finish for these decks. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The display cabinet has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, and has a glazed door with a frame and panel structure, attached to the upper rim of the display cabinet, completely covering the sides and rims of the display cabinet, the frame of which is flat, made of the same profile, connected at right angles, the rectangular panel is a flat glass pane, and on the flat strip of the lower frame, symmetrically in relation to the center of the display cabinet, two rectangular strip handles with a curved upper surface are attached, and it has a body divided into three parts by means of vertical partitions, all parts of the body having the same width and height, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 2.
