Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komoda przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac komody przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych komodzie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek komody wedlug wzoru w korzystnym przykladzie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie komody wedlug wzoru jak na fig.1, w odmianie wykonania, w widoku perspektywicznym. Komoda wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, przy czym komoda ma korpus w którym wszystkie boki wykonane sa z pelnych plyt o prostych krawedziach i o plaskich powierzchniach. Komoda ma korpus podzielony na trzy czesci - po bokach pelne drzwi o konstrukcji plytowej, zamocowane od strony boków komody, przy czym plaszczyzna drzwi jest plaska, a w srodkowej czesci ma cztery szuflady, jedna nad druga o równej wysokosci i o plaskiej powierzchni czolowej.Plyty boczne i dolna korpusu schowane sa za plaszczyzna frontów drzwi i dolnej szuflady, zas plyta górna wystaje poza plyty boczne na odleglosc równa grubosci plyt czolowych szuflad i drzwi. Tylna scianka komody wykonana jest z materialu o takiej samej grubosci jak boki komody i wystaje ponad plyte dolna i plyte górna korpusu. Komoda osadzona jest na parze nózek, zamocowanych z przodu komody, przy czym nózki maja przekrój splaszczonej elipsy, a z tylu podparta jest tylna scianka która wystaje w dól na odleglosc równa wysokosci nóg. Boczne drzwi maja proste uchwyty listwowe, zamocowane poziomo w srodkowej czesci drzwi przy górnej krawedzi drzwi, w jednej linii z uchwytem górnej szuflady. Szuflady maja proste uchwyty listwowe - identyczne jak uchwyty drzwiowe, zamocowane poziomo po srodku plyty czolowej. W odmianie wykonania uchwyty szuflad zamocowane sa na wysokosci 1/3 wysokosci czola szuflad od krawedzi górnej. Komoda moze byc wykonana w dowolnej wielkosci, w dowolnych mocnych kolorach i w dowolnych kontrastowych zestawieniach koloru drzwi z kolorem plyt korpusu szuflad. Komoda w odmianie wykonania przedstawionej na fig. 2 ma jasne fronty szuflad i ciemny korpus, plyty drzwi i tylna scianke, zas uchwyty sa w kolorze aluminium. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of chest of drawers, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the chest of drawers an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 presents a schematic drawing of a chest of drawers according to the design in a preferred embodiment, in a perspective view. Fig. 2 presents photographs of a chest of drawers according to the design as in Fig. 1, in a variant embodiment, in a perspective view. The chest of drawers according to the design shown in Figs. 1 and 2 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, with the chest of drawers having a body in which all sides are made of solid boards with straight edges and flat surfaces. The chest of drawers has a body divided into three sections: full panel doors attached to the sides, with the door surface being flat, and the central section containing four drawers, one above the other, of equal height and with a flat front surface. The side and bottom panels of the body are hidden behind the door fronts and the bottom drawer, while the top panel extends beyond the side panels by a distance equal to the thickness of the drawer and door front panels. The back panel of the chest of drawers is made of a material of the same thickness as the sides of the chest of drawers and extends beyond the bottom panel and top panel of the body. The chest of drawers rests on a pair of legs attached to the front of the chest of drawers, with the legs having a flattened ellipse cross-section, and the back panel, which extends downward by a distance equal to the height of the legs, is supported by a rear panel. The side doors have simple strip handles mounted horizontally in the center of the door at the top edge, aligned with the top drawer handle. The drawers have simple strip handles—identical to the door handles—mounted horizontally in the center of the front panel. In a variant, the drawer handles are mounted one-third of the drawer front height from the top edge. The chest can be manufactured in any size, in any strong colors, and in any contrasting combination of door color and drawer body panels. The chest of drawers in the variant shown in Fig. 2 has light drawer fronts and a dark body, door panels, and back panel, while the handles are aluminum-colored. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The chest of drawers has a cuboid shape with a rectangular base, the chest of drawers has a body in which all sides and the back panel are made of solid boards with straight edges and flat surfaces, divided into three parts - on the sides there are solid doors of a board construction, mounted on the sides of the chest of drawers, the surface of the door is flat, and in the middle part there are four drawers, one above the other of equal height and with a flat front surface, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2. The side and bottom panels of the body are hidden behind the surface of the door fronts and the bottom drawer, the top panel of the body protrudes beyond the side panels by a distance equal to the thickness of the front panels of the drawers and doors, and the back panel of the body protrudes up and down, above the board the upper and lower parts of the body, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 3. The chest of drawers is mounted on a pair of legs attached to the front of the chest of drawers, wherein the legs have a flattened ellipse cross-section, and at the back a rear wall is supported, which protrudes downwards by a distance equal to the height of the legs, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 4. The side doors of the chest of drawers have a board structure with a flat front surface and have horizontally mounted straight strip handles aligned with the handle of the upper drawer, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 5. The chest of drawers have the same height and a flat front panel, with horizontally mounted handles in the middle of the front panel straight slatted handles, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.6. Drawer slatted handles are mounted at a height of 1/3 of the drawer front height from the top edge, as shown in Fig. 1. 7. Door and drawer handles have an identical shape, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 8. The chest of drawers has doors in a contrasting color to the color of the body panels and the color of the drawer front panels, and handles and legs in a light color, as shown in Fig. 2. 9. The chest of drawers in a variant has drawer fronts and body in a light color, door panels in a contrasting dark color, and handles and legs in aluminum color, as shown in Fig. 2.
