Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komoda przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych, przy czym komoda moze stanowic samodzielny mebel lub stanowic podstawe dla nadstawki i tworzyc wraz z nadstawka kredens. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac komody przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych komodzie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografii n a których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek komody wedlug w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie komody wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym. Komoda wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Korpus komody ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, przy czym do korpusu komody, z przodu korpusu, do powierzchni czolowej plyt bocznych korpusu, stanowiacych boczne scianki korpusu, zamocowane sa dwie pionowe listwy, nakladki, o szerokosci wiekszej od grubosci plyt stanowiacych boki korpusu komody, wystajace na zewnatrz, poza plycine boków komody, zwiekszajace szerokosc komody patrzac w kierunku od czola komody.Komoda w widoku od czola ma ksztalt prostokata podzielonego na trzy elementy o zarysach prostokatów, zamocowane do korpusu komody: szuflade, usytuowana w górnej czesci korpusu, o szerokosci mniejszej od szerokosci korpusu, oraz pare drzwiczek usytuowanych ponizej szuflady. Szuflada ma na powierzchni czolowej ramke o zaokraglonej krawedzi zewnetrznej i wewnatrz profilowane zlobienie w ksztalcie cwiercwalka oraz srodkowa plycine na której zamocowane sa symetrycznie dwa zewnetrzne uchwyty dwupunktowe koladkowe. Drzwiczki maja na powierzchniach czolowych ramki i srodkowa plycine o ksztalcie prostokata, przy czym zewnetrzne krawedzie ramek drzwiczek sa zaokraglone a wewnetrzne krawedzie maja profilowane zlobienie w ksztalcie cwiercwalka. Na ramce kazdych drzwiczek, w górnej czesci bocznej listwy zamocowane sa uchwyty zewnetrzne jednopunktowe koladkowe. Drzwiczki zamocowane sa do korpusu komody za pomoca dwóch samodomykajacych sie fryzowanych zawiasów zewnetrznych z ozdobna osia obrotu. Komoda ma wieniec wysuniety poza korpus, przy czym wieniec ma blat, który stanowi plyta majaca sciete skosnie powierzchnie boczne oraz dolna czesc w postaci prostopadloscianu o scietych ukosnie krawedziach dolnych i górnych. Komoda ma cokól który stanowi prostopadloscian majacy w górnej czesci listwe ozdobna o przekroju trapezu prostokatnego, którego podstawa wystaje poza prostopadloscian, przy czym cokól jest wysuniety poza korpus komody. Wieniec komody wysuniety jest poza korpus, przy czym wieniec ma blat który stanowi plyta majaca sciete skosnie powierzchnie boczne oraz dolna czesc w postaci prostopadloscianu o scietych ukosnie krawedziach dolnych i górnych, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig. 2.5. Cokól komody stanowi prostopadloscian, majacy w górnej czesci listwe ozdobna o przekroju trapezu prostokatnego, którego podstawa wystaje poza prostopadloscian, przy czym cokól jest wysuniety poza korpus komody, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig. 2.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a chest of drawers intended for furnishing living spaces. The chest of drawers can be a standalone piece of furniture or serve as a base for a top unit, and together with the top unit, form a sideboard. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the chest of drawers, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the chest of drawers an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a schematic drawing of the chest of drawers in perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the chest of drawers in perspective view. The chest of drawers in the industrial design has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The body of the chest of drawers has a cuboid shape, with two vertical strips or overlays attached to the front of the chest of drawers, to the front of the side panels of the chest of drawers, which constitute the side walls of the chest of drawers. The strips are wider than the thickness of the panels constituting the sides of the chest of drawers, protruding outwards, beyond the side panels of the chest of drawers, increasing the width of the chest of drawers when viewed from the front of the chest of drawers. The chest of drawers, viewed from the front, has the shape of a rectangle divided into three rectangular elements attached to the chest of drawers: a drawer located in the upper part of the chest of drawers, with a width smaller than the width of the chest of drawers, and a pair of doors located below the drawers. The drawer features a frame on its front surface with a rounded outer edge and a profiled quarter-round groove inside, as well as a central panel on which two external two-point toggle handles are symmetrically mounted. The doors feature rectangular frames on their front surfaces and a central panel, with the outer edges of the door frames being rounded and the inner edges having a profiled quarter-round groove. External single-point toggle handles are mounted on the upper side of each door frame. The doors are attached to the chest of drawers with two self-closing, curled external hinges with a decorative pivot. The chest of drawers has a crown extending beyond the body, with a top consisting of a board with diagonally cut sides and a lower section in the form of a cuboid with diagonally cut lower and upper edges. The chest of drawers has a plinth, which is a cuboid with a decorative strip in the upper section in the shape of a rectangular trapezoid, the base of which extends beyond the cuboid, with the plinth extending beyond the chest of drawers body. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The chest of drawers according to the design has a body to which, at the front, on the front surfaces of the side panels of the body, which constitute the sides of the body of the chest of drawers, two vertical strips are attached, overlays, the width of which is greater than the thickness of the side panels of the body, protruding outwards, beyond the side panels of the chest of drawers, as well as a decorative wreath and a plinth, wherein a drawer located in the upper part of the body and a pair of doors located below the drawer are attached to the body, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 2. The chest of drawers has on its front surface a frame with a rounded outer edge and a profiled groove in the shape of a quarter-round inside and a central panel on which two outer two-point, ratchet handles, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 3. The chest of drawers doors have frames on their front surfaces and a rectangular central panel, the outer edges of the door frames are rounded and the inner edges have a profiled quarter-round groove, and on the frame of each door, in the upper part of the side strip, an external, single-point, ratchet handle is mounted, and each door is attached to the chest of drawers body by means of two self-closing, frilled external hinges with a decorative pivot, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 4. The chest of drawers top protrudes beyond the body, the top has a top which is a board having diagonally cut side surfaces and a lower part in the form of a cuboid with diagonally cut lower and upper edges, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2.5. The base of the chest of drawers is a cuboid with a decorative strip in the upper part with a rectangular trapezoid cross-section, the base of which protrudes beyond the cuboid, and the base is extended beyond the body of the chest of drawers, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2.
