Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nadstawka przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych, przy czym nadstawka ustawiona na dowolnej komodzie tworzy wraz z komoda kredens. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych nadstawce oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografiach n a których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek nadstawki wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek nadstawki wedlug wzoru w odmianie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 przedstawia fotografie nadstawki wedlug wzoru, w odmianie wykonania jak na fig. 1, ustawionej na komodzie w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4 przedstawia fotografie nadstawki wedlug wzoru, w odmianie wykonania jak na fig. 2, ustawionej na komodzie w widoku perspektywicznym. Nadstawka wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Nadstawka w widoku od czola ma ksztalt prostokata podzielonego na elementy o zarysach prostokatów, przy czym nadstawka podzielona jest na trzy czesci - ma pare drzwiczek, zamocowanych do korpusu nadstawki oraz otwarta wneke pomiedzy nimi. Wszystkie trzy czesci nadstawki w odmianie wykonania przedstawionej na fig. 1 i fig. 3 maja jednakowa szerokosc, glebokosc i wysokosc. Natomiast w przypadku nadstawki w odmianie wykonania przedstawionej na fig. 2 i fig. 4 szerokosc otwartej czesci nadstawki jest znacznie wieksza od szerokosci czesci zamykanych drzwiczkami. Para drzwiczek ma na powierzchniach czolowych ramki i srodkowa plycine o ksztalcie prostokata, która stanowia tafle szkla o sfazowanych krawedziach, przy czym zewnetrzne krawedzie ramek drzwiczek sa zaokraglone a wewnetrzne krawedzie maja profilowane zlobienie w ksztalcie cwiercwalka, zas na ramce kazdych z drzwiczek, w srodkowej czesci bocznej listwy, od strony osi symetrii nadstawki, zamocowane sa zewnetrzne uchwyty jednopunktowe koladkowe, zas drzwiczki zamocowane sa do korpusu nadstawki za pomoca dwóch samodomykajacych sie fryzowanych zawiasów zewnetrznych z ozdobna osia obrotu. Nadstawka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest w dwóch odmianach wykonania: 1. pierwsza odmiana wykonania która przedstawiono na fig. 1 i fig. 3 zalaczonego materialu ilustracyjnego; 2. druga odmiana wykonania która przedstawiono na fig. 2 i fig. 4 zalaczonego materialu ilustracyjnego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the extension an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic drawing of the extension according to the design in a perspective view; Fig. 2 shows a schematic drawing of the extension according to the design in a perspective view; Fig. 3 shows a photograph of the extension according to the design, in the version as in Fig. 1, placed on a chest of drawers in a perspective view; Fig. 4 shows a photograph of the extension according to the design, in the version as in Fig. 2, placed on a chest of drawers in a perspective view. The extension according to the design has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The extension body is cuboid-shaped, with two vertical slats (overlays) attached to the front of the extension body, to the front surface of the extension's side panels, which constitute the side walls of the body. These slats protrude outward, beyond the extension's side panels, increasing the extension's width when viewed from the extension's front. Viewed from the front, the extension has the shape of a rectangle divided into rectangular elements, with the extension divided into three parts – a pair of doors attached to the extension body and an open recess between them. In the variant shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, all three parts of the extension have the same width, depth, and height. However, in the case of the extension in the variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, the width of the open part of the extension is significantly greater than the width of the parts closed by the doors. The pair of doors have frames on their front surfaces and a rectangular central panel, which are glass panes with chamfered edges. The outer edges of the door frames are rounded and the inner edges have a profiled quarter-round groove. On the frame of each door, in the middle of the side strip, on the side of the extension's axis of symmetry, external single-point knob handles are mounted, and the doors are attached to the extension's body by two self-closing, curled external hinges with a decorative pivot. Inside the body, in the parts of the extension closed by doors and in the open part, the extension has two shelves each mounted on supports, visible through the glass in the extension door and in the open part of the extension. The top of the extension is topped with a decorative wreath, protruding beyond the extension. Its upper section features a panel with perpendicular sides of low height, which then transitions into a beveled surface, which then transitions again into a rectangular projection, then into a triangular notch, and finally into a cuboid panel with a beveled lower edge so that the bevel reaches the edges of the extension's door panels. The extension, based on the industrial design, is presented in two versions: 1. the first version, shown in Figures 1 and 3 of the attached illustrations; 2. the second variant of the embodiment which is shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 of the attached illustrative material.
