Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest front meblowy przeznaczony do szafek meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku , na którym - fig.1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane frontu w widoku z przodu - fig.2 przedstawia druga odmiane frontu w widoku z przodu. Front meblowy ma ksztalt prostokata i wyposazony jest w uchwyt. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku pierwsza odmiana frontu meblowego ma ksztalt prostokata, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze front meblowy podzielony jest na dwa jednakowe prostokatne elementy w postaci drzwiczek, których kazdy dluzszy bok wyposazony jest w pojedyncze podluzne pionowe listwy, natomiast górna czesc kazdego elementu frontu pomiedzy tymi listwami posiada wyciecia o ksztalcie okienek, zas w wycieciach tych umieszczone sa szybki ze szkla, przy czym nad górna szybka i pod dolnaszybka oraz pomiedzy nimi umieszczone sa poziome listwy, zas szybki posiadaja obwódki z matowego szkla, a front wyposazony jest w uchwyty jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.1. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, possessing a unique character, manifested in its shape and arrangement of elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which - Fig. 1 shows the first version of the front in a front view - Fig. 2 shows the second version of the front in a front view. The furniture front is rectangular and equipped with a handle. Essential features of the industrial design In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the first variant of the furniture front has a rectangular shape, where the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the furniture front is divided into two identical rectangular elements in the form of doors, each longer side of which is equipped with single longitudinal vertical strips, while the upper part of each element of the front between these strips has window-shaped cutouts, and in these cutouts glass panes are placed, with horizontal strips placed above the upper pane and below the lower pane and between them, and the panes have frosted glass borders, and the front is equipped with handles as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. Second variant In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the second variant of the furniture front has a rectangular shape, where the essential features of the industrial design are that the rectangular furniture front has the form of a door, the two longer sides of which are equipped with single longitudinal vertical strips, and between these strips there are window-shaped cutouts, and in these cutouts there are glass panes, where above the upper pane and below the lower pane and between them there are horizontal strips, and the panes have matt glass borders, and the front is equipped with a handle as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2.
