Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest witryna przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac witryny przejawiajaca sie w sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych witrynie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek witryny wedlug wzoru w korzystnym przykladzie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie witryny wedlug wzoru jak na fig. 1 , w widoku perspektywicznym. Korpus witryny ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, przy czym na froncie korpusu zamocowane sa drzwi o konstrukcji ramowo - ptycinowej tak ze drzwi w calosci zaslaniaja korpus. Rama drzwi ma boki - ramiaki pionowe, które stanowia szerokie wypukle listwy, majace charakterystyczne sfazowanie, a ramiaki poziome - górny i dolny stanowia szerokie, plaskie listwy. Plycine o ksztalcie prostokata, Steinowi tafla szklana. Na plaskiej listwie dolnego poziomego ramiaka zamocowane sa dwa uchwyty lislwowe o prostokatnej krzywoliniowej powierzchni górnej.W korpusie witryny zamocowane sa dwie pionowe scianki dzielace witryne na trzy równe czesci, oraz trzy pólki o dlugosci równej szerokosci kazdej z trzech czesci witryny i szerokosci nieco mniejszej od glebokosci witryny, wykonane z drewna lub materialów drewnopochodnych. Witryna moze byc wykonana w dowolnej wielkosci, w dowolnych kolorach i w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorów, przy czym powierzchnie moga byc wykonane jako gladkie, blyszczace lub matowe. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the display cabinet, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the display cabinet an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 presents a schematic drawing of the display cabinet according to the design in a preferred embodiment, in a perspective view. Fig. 2 presents photographs of the display cabinet according to the design as in Fig. 1, in a perspective view. The display cabinet according to the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, with the display cabinet having a box-shaped structure. The body of the display cabinet is in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, with a frame-and-panel door mounted on the front of the body, so that the door completely covers the body. The door frame has sides – vertical slats, which are made of wide, convex slats with a characteristic chamfer, while the horizontal slats – the top and bottom – are made of wide, flat slats. The panel is rectangular, the Steinowi glass pane. Two slatted handles with a rectangular, curved top surface are mounted on the flat slat of the lower horizontal slat. The body of the display case contains two vertical walls dividing the display case into three equal sections, as well as three shelves, each of a length equal to the width of the three sections and slightly less than the depth of the display case.
