Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stól przeznaczony do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych, zwlaszcza pokojów stolowych, wypoczynkowych lub jako stól okolicznosciowy przeznaczony do wyposazenia biur i urzedów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac stolu przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych stolowi oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografii na których fig. 1 przedstawia stól wedlug wzoru w korzystnym przykladzie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 fotografie stolu wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym. Stól wedlug wzoru ma konstrukcje ramowo - plycinowa, przy czym rame stanowia ramiaki, o przekroju kwadratowym, polaczone z nogami o przekroju kwadratowym takim samym jak ramiaki, przy czym nogi umieszczone sa w narozach ramy. Blat podzielony jest na trzy czesci - zewnetrzne czesci sa przezroczyste, przykladowo sa to tafle szklane, a srodkowa jest nieprzezroczysta, przykladowo ze sklejki lub plyty drewnopochodnej z okleina.Ponizej blatu do nóg stolu zamocowana jest prostokatna pólka z pelnej plyty lub plyty drewnopochodnej z okleina lub plyty drewnopochodnej olistwowanej listewkami z pelnego drewna z okleina, o wymiarach mniejszych niz blat stolu. Pomiedzy blatem i pólka w srodkowej czesci, pod nieprzezroczysta czescia blatu zamocowana jest szuflada majaca wypukla przednia scianke o charakterystycznym stazowaniu górnej i dolnej krawedzi w postaci luku. W centralnej czesci przedniej scianki szuflady zamocowany jest prostokatny uchwyt o krzywoliniowej górnej powierzchni. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the table, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the table an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in a drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the table according to the design in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the table according to the design in a perspective view. The table according to the design has a frame and panel construction, with the frame consisting of square-section frames connected to legs with the same square cross-section as the frames, with the legs placed in the corners of the frame. The tabletop is divided into three sections – the outer sections are transparent, for example, glass panels, and the middle is opaque, for example, plywood or a wood-based board with a veneer. Below the tabletop, a rectangular shelf made of solid board, wood-based board with a veneer, or wood-based board trimmed with solid wood veneer slats is attached to the table legs, its dimensions smaller than the tabletop. Between the tabletop and the shelf in the middle, beneath the opaque section of the tabletop, a drawer is mounted. It has a convex front wall with a characteristic arched top and bottom edges. A rectangular handle with a curved top surface is mounted in the center of the drawer's front wall. The drawer is covered on both sides with side panels made of an opaque material, such as plywood or a wood-based panel with a veneer. The table can be manufactured in any size, color, and color combination, with smooth, glossy, or matte surfaces. For example, the table is finished as follows: the wooden or wood-based elements are finished with a dark-colored semi-matte alder veneer, and the metal hardware – the handle – is finished with a matte nickel varnish.
