ELEMENTY SYPIALNI Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest zestaw mebli nalezacy do grupy mebli sypialnych wraz z elementem dodatkowym - biurkiem. W przedstawionym zestawie (na zalaczonej fotografii) sklada sie on z : komody 3 szufladowej „Fig." 1A, lózka „Fig.1 B, stolika nocnego „Fig." 1C, toaletki (z lustrem) „Fig." 1 D oraz biurka „Fig." 1E. Tylne sciany wszystkich elementów stanowia zamknie plaszczyzny odpowiadajacej w swym ksztalcie i powierzchni czesci frontowej kazdego z elementów. Sciany te zostaly wykonane, z plyty pilsniowej, która w czesci frontowej posiada identyczne wybarwienie jak fronty. Boki prezentowanych mebli wykonane sa takze z plyty oraz w kolorze - Komoda, rys. „Fig." 2A, wyposazona zostala w trzy symetryczne zamontowane szuflady o jednakowe wysokosci. Góra komody przykryta jest blatem, którego czolowa krawedz minimalnie wysunieta jest ku czesci frontowej Szuflady zostaly wykonczone specjalna listwa ozdobna (cieniowana listwa ramiakowa). Elementem nosnym komody Sa cztery stopki o przekroju kwadratu. - Lózko, rys. „Fig." 2B, ma postac otwartej skrzyni. Materac ulozony jest na specjalnym stelazu. Czesc frontowa wykonczona zostala cieniowana listwa ramiakowa i stanowi okolo . ½ wysokosci czesci tylne lózka, co widac na fot. „Fig. 1 B. Lózko spoczywa na czterech symetrycznie rozmieszczonych nózkach drewnianych. - Stolik nocny, rys. „Fig." 2C ma postac skrzyni wewnatrz której znajduja sie dwie symetrycznie zamontowane, wysuwane szuflady. Fronty szufladowe podobnie jak wczesniej opisane elementy wykonczone zostaly cieniowana listwa ramiakowa. Górna czesc stolika zamyka blat. Prezentowany stolik nocny osadzony jest na czterech stopkach o przekroju kwadratu. - Toaletka z lustrem, rys. „Fig." 2D, stanowi polaczenie dwóch zespolonych ze soba segmentów. Z lewej strony „modul" ten przypomina komode trój szufladowa nad która jest znajduje sie pólka. Z prawej strony znajduje sie drugi „modul", który swa wielkoscia rozmiarami odpowiada elementowi 1znajdujacemu sie po przeciwleglej stronie. Element prawy stanowi jednolity front drzwiczkowy otwierany na prawa strone. Na nim znajduje sie pólka. Obydwa elementy sa ze soba zespolone za pomoca specjalnej pólki, zamontowanej w polowie wysokosci otwartych fragmentów „modulu" lewego i „modulu" prawego. Toaletka zostala wyposazona lacznie w osiem stopek po cztery dla kazdego „modulu". Elementem dodatkowy toaletki jest lustro przeznaczone do montowania go scianie fot. „Fig." 1D. Ma ksztalt poziomego prostokata. Krawedzie lustra zostaly wykonczone listwa ozdobna, identyczna jak w przypadku toaletki. - Biurko, rys. „Fig." 2E, stanowi niejako element dodatkowy do calego zestawu. Sklada sie ono z dwóch „modulów". Lewy modul to tzw. kontener, przeznaczony pod komputer. Stanowi on otwarta skrzynie, w górnej czesci przedzielona pólka. Tyl tej skrzyni jest zabudowany scianka z plyty pilsniowej. Przestrzen na pólka stanowi okolo ¼ wysokosci calego „modulu" fot. „Fig." 1E. Drugi z „segmentu" sklada sie z frontu drzwiczkowego otwieranego na prawa strone oraz wysuwanej szuflady, stanowiacej okolo ½ wysokosci frontu fot. „Fig." 1E. Obydwa moduly sa ze soba zespolone za pomoca blatu. Pod blatem zostala zamontowana ruchoma pólka, (na rolkach) pod klawiature komputera. W sumie biurko zostalo wyposazone w osiem stopek, po cztery dla kazdego modulu. „Modul" prawy, a scislej front drzwiczkowy oraz szufladowy zostal wykonczony listwa ozdobna identyczna jak w przypadku wczesniej opisanych elementów. 2Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : Cechy, które maja zasadnicze znaczenie dla zastrzezenia przedstawionego wzoru przemyslowego - elementy sypialni, sa zawarte w ksztalcie tego zestawu jako calosci oraz poszczególnych jego elementów tj. komody trzy szufladowej „Fig."1A, lózka „Fig." 1B, stolika nocnego „Fig."1C, toaletki wraz z lustrem „Fig." 1D oraz biurka „Fig." 1E. Warto zaznaczyc, ze istotne dla tego wzoru jest wykonczenie wszystkich frontów drzwiowych specjalna, cieniowana listwa ramiakowa. Wykonczenie to nadaje tym elementom nie tylko walory estetyczne, ale podkresla ich charakter. Waznym elementem wykonczeniowym prezentowanych mebli sa takze zastosowane uchwyty oraz stopki. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów tworzacych zestaw mebli sypialnych, przejawiajace sie jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, sposobie wykonczenia, rozwiazaniu konstrukcyjnemu, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Cechami, które maja istotne znaczenia dla zastrzezenia wzoru przemyslowego (zestawu mebli) jest ich ksztalt oraz wrazenie wizualne i estetyczne co zostalo uwidocznione na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz rysunkach. /podpis twórcy wzoru/"Fig." 1 A B C E DC E B "Fig." 2 A D PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLBEDROOM ELEMENTS The subject of this application is a set of furniture belonging to the group of bedroom furniture with an additional element - a desk. In the set presented (in the attached photograph) it consists of: a 3-drawer chest of drawers "Fig." 1A, a bed "Fig. 1 B", a bedside table "Fig." 1C, a dressing table (with mirror) "Fig." 1 D and a desk "Fig." 1E. The back walls of all the elements constitute the closure of a plane corresponding in its shape and surface to the front part of each element. These walls are made of fiberboard, the front part of which has the same color as the fronts. The sides of the presented furniture are also made of board and in the color - the chest of drawers, drawing "Fig." 2A, is equipped with three symmetrically mounted drawers of the same height. The top of the chest of drawers is covered with a top, the front edge of which protrudes slightly towards the front part. The drawers are finished with a special decorative strip (shaded slat). The chest of drawers is supported by four feet with a square cross-section. - The bed, fig. "Fig." 2B, has the form of an open chest. The mattress is placed on a special frame. The front part is finished with a shaded slat and constitutes approximately ½ the height of the back part of the bed, as can be seen in photo "Fig. 1 B." The bed rests on four symmetrically placed wooden legs. - The bedside table, fig. "Fig." 2C, has the form of a chest with two symmetrically mounted, pull-out drawers inside. The drawer fronts, like the previously described elements, are finished with a shaded slat. The top part of the table closes. The presented nightstand is mounted on four square legs. - The dressing table with a mirror, drawing "Fig." 2D, is a combination of two joined segments. On the left side, this "module" resembles a three-drawer chest of drawers with a shelf above it. On the right side, there is a second "module," the size of which corresponds to element 1 on the opposite side. The right element is a uniform door front opening to the right. There is a shelf on it. Both elements are connected by a special shelf, mounted halfway up the open parts of the left "module" and the right "module." The dressing table is equipped with a total of eight legs, four for each "module." An additional element of the dressing table is a mirror designed for wall mounting, photo "Fig." 1D. It has the shape of a horizontal rectangle. The edges of the mirror are finished with a decorative strip, identical to the one on the dressing table. - The desk, fig. "Fig." 2E, is an additional element to the entire set. It consists of two "modules." The left module is a so-called container, designed for a computer. It is an open box, divided in the upper part by a shelf. The back of this box is built with a fiberboard wall. The space for the shelf is approximately ¼ of the height of the entire "module" photo "Fig." 1E. The second "segment" consists of a door front opening to the right and a pull-out drawer, approximately ½ of the height of the front photo "Fig." 1E. Both modules are connected by a tabletop. A movable shelf (on rollers) for the computer keyboard is mounted under the tabletop. In total, the desk was equipped with eight feet, four for each module. The right "module", or more precisely the door and drawer fronts, was finished with a decorative strip identical to the previously described elements. 2. Essential features of the industrial design: The features that are essential for the registration of the presented industrial design - bedroom elements, are contained in the shape of this set as a whole and of its individual elements, i.e. the three-drawer chest of drawers "Fig."1A, the bed "Fig."1B, the bedside table "Fig."1C, the dressing table with mirror "Fig."1D and the desk "Fig."1E. It is worth noting that the finishing of all door fronts with a special, shaded frame strip is essential for this design. This finishing gives these elements not only aesthetic value, but also emphasizes their character. The handles and feet used are also an important finishing element of the presented furniture. The essence of an industrial design is a new, spatial arrangement of individual elements constituting a set of bedroom furniture, manifesting itself in its shape, line layout, finishing method, and structural solution, all aimed at achieving aesthetic goals.
