Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lawa, która moze wystepowac jako mebel samodzielny, lub wchodzic w sklad zestawu wypoczynkowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac mebla przeja- wiajaca sie we wzajemnym ukladzie elementów o charakterystycznych efek- tach plastycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono lawe w widoku bocznym, na fig. 2 lawe w widoku z góry, na fig. 3 w powiekszeniu widok fragmentu krótszego boku lawy oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig 4 przedstawiono lawe w wi- doku perspektywicznym z góry, fig 5 przedstawiono lawe w widoku perspek- tywicznym z góry z rozsunietym blatem i na fig. 6 lawe w pólwidoku. Lawa o zarysie prostokatnej skrzyni spoczywajacej na dluzszym boku, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma na bocznych krawedziach wyodrebnione nogi 1, jest nakryta blatem 2 o obrysie wiekszym niz bryla skrzyni, której boki maja szkielet z szerokich poziomych 3. i pionowych 4 listew, z umieszczo- nymi miedzy nimi profilowanymi, wypuklymi plycinami 5. Wnetrze lawy moze byc zagospodarowane zgodnie z preferencjami wlasciciela. Dla uzyskania dodatkowych efektów estetycznych mozna wobec mebla zastosowac techniki postarzania. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the furniture, manifested in the mutual arrangement of elements with characteristic artistic effects. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the coffee table in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the coffee table in a top view, Fig. 3 shows an enlarged view of a fragment of the shorter side of the coffee table, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 4 shows the coffee table in a top perspective view, Fig. 5 shows the coffee table in a top perspective view with the tabletop extended, and Fig. 6 shows the coffee table in a half-view. The coffee table has the shape of a rectangular box resting on its longer side and is characterized by having separate legs 1 on the side edges. It is covered with a top 2 with an outline larger than the body of the box, the sides of which have a framework made of wide horizontal 3. and vertical 4 slats, with profiled, convex panels 5 placed between them. The top 2 of the coffee table has two long, wide slats 6 resting on the sides of the box, a crossbar 7 connecting these sides and sliding panels 8, each of which has a clearly marked frame with an oval handle 9. The edges of the slats 3, 4 constituting the framework of the sides of the coffee table are arched, the lower horizontal 3. slat is milled along the lower edge, which is fancifully cut into motifs similar to a combination of brackets. The central panels of the 5 longer sides are decorated with bas-reliefs. The legs of the 1st table are formed so that their central sections have rounded edges, while the sections above the ground are decorated with bas-reliefs resembling plant motifs. The interior of the table can be arranged according to the owner's preferences. Antiquing techniques can be used to achieve additional aesthetic effects. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A bench having the outline of a rectangular box resting on its longer side, characterized in that the box has separate legs (1) on the side edges and is covered with a top (2) with an outline larger than the body of the box, the sides of which have a framework of wide horizontal (3) and vertical (4) slats, with profiled, convex panels (5) placed between them, wherein the top (2) has two long, wide slats (6) resting on the sides of the box, a crossbar (7) connecting these sides and plates (8). 2. The bench, according to feature 1, has sliding plates (8) and each has a clearly marked frame with an oval handle (9). 3. The lava according to feature 1 has the edges of the slats (3) and (4) constituting the framework of the sides of the lava, which are arched, the lower horizontal (3) slat is milled along the lower edge, which is fancifully cut into motifs similar to a combination of curly brackets, while the middle panels (5) of the longer sides are provided with bas-reliefs. 4. The lava according to feature 1 has legs (1) formed so that in the middle sections they have rounded edges, and the sections located above the ground are provided with bas-reliefs resembling plant motifs.
