Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lawa zlozona z blatu oraz nóg. The subject of the industrial design is lava made of a table top and legs.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe uksztaltowanie, zdobnictwo, oraz material z którego jest wykonana. The essence of an industrial pattern is a new shape, ornamentation, and the material from which it is made.

Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zlaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - 8 przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany lawy w widoku perspektywicznym. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which Figs. 1-8 show successive varieties of lava in a perspective view.

Blat lawy ma postac grubej tafli szklanej o zarysie zblizonym do prostokata, zas nogi rozmieszczone skrajnie na narozach blatu wykonane sa z drewna i maja zarys prostopadloscianów z metalowymi zakonczeniami w czesci górnej, zas kazda z nóg zdobiona jest na kazdym z boków trzema okraglymi plycinami, rozmieszczonymi symetrycznie na calej dlugosci nogi, przy czym dno plycin zdobi metalowa wstawka, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.l. The lava top is in the form of a thick glass sheet with an outline close to a rectangle, while the legs located at the extreme corners of the table top are made of wood and have the outline of cuboid with metal ends in the upper part, and each of the legs is decorated on each side with three round panels, arranged symmetrically along the entire length of the leg, the bottom of the panels is decorated with a metal insert, as shown in the accompanying illustration material, fig. 1.
