Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lawa zlozona z blatu oraz nóg. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe uksztaltowanie, zdobnictwo, oraz material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zlaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia lawe w widoku z boku, zas fig.2 - 4 kolejne odmiany lawy w widoku z góry. Lawa zlozona z blatu oraz nóg, przy czym blat stanowi gruba szklana tafla o zarysie zblizonym do stylizowanego prostokata, którego naroza sa zaokraglone zas boki maja zarys wkleslych - do srodka stolu, luków. Nogi lawy usytuowane pod katem w stosunku do krawedzi blatu maja zarys zblizony do stylizowanych, odwróconych, scietych, stozków o lukowych bokach i podstawie zblizonej do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. Nogi wykonane sa z drewna, zas w górnej czesci stykajacej sie z blatem maja metalowe wstawki o ksztalcie zgodnym z zarysem podstawy nogi, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig.2. W innej odmianie lawa zlozona z blatu oraz nóg, przy czym blat stanowi gruba szklana tafla o zarysie zblizonym do owalu. Nogi lawy usytuowane pod katem w stosunku do krawedzi blatu maja zarys zblizony do stylizowanych, odwróconych, scietych, stozków o lukowych bokach i podstawie zblizonej do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. Nogi wykonane sa z drewna, zas w górnej czesci stykajacej sie z blatem maja metalowe wstawki o ksztalcie zgodnym z zarysem podstawy nogi, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.l, fig.3. W kolejnej odmianie lawa zlozona z blatu oraz nóg, przy czym blat stanowi gruba szklana tafla o zarysie zblizonym do stylizowanego trójkata, którego naroza sa zaokraglone. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape, ornamentation, and material from which it is made. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the coffee table from a side view, and Fig. 2 shows four subsequent variations of the coffee table from a top view. The coffee table consists of a tabletop and legs, with the top consisting of a thick glass sheet with an outline similar to a stylized rectangle whose corners are rounded, and the sides have the outline of concave arcs towards the center of the table. The coffee table legs, positioned at an angle to the edge of the tabletop, have an outline similar to stylized, inverted, truncated cones with arced sides and a base similar to a rectangle with rounded corners. The legs are made of wood, and in the upper part contacting the tabletop, they have metal inserts shaped like the leg base, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Another variation consists of a tabletop and legs, where the top is a thick glass sheet with an oval-like outline. The tabletop legs, positioned at an angle to the edge of the tabletop, have an outline similar to stylized, inverted, truncated cones with arched sides and a base resembling a rectangle with rounded corners. The legs are made of wood, and in the upper part contacting the tabletop, they have metal inserts shaped like the leg base, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. In another variation, the coffee table consists of a top and legs, where the top is a thick glass sheet with an outline similar to a stylized triangle with rounded corners. The coffee table legs, positioned at an angle to the edge of the top, have an outline similar to stylized, inverted, truncated cones with arched sides and a base similar to a rectangle with rounded corners. The legs are made of wood, and in the upper part, which contacts the top, they have metal inserts whose shape matches the outline of the leg base, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 4.
