Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lawa zlozona z blatu oraz nóg. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe uksztaltowanie, zdobnictwo, oraz material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zlaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia lawe w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig.2 - 3 kolejne odmiany lawy w widoku z góry. Lawa wedlug wzoru lozona jest z blatu oraz nóg, przy czym blat ma postac grubej tafli szklanej o zarysie zblizonym do prostokata, zas nogi usytuowane symetrycznie na obu jego koncach, zlozone sa z prostokatnych elementów - nóg oraz poprzeczki, stanowiacych jednolita calosc o zarysie zblizonym do ceownika o ramionach skierowanych do dolu, przy czym do dolnej powierzchni poprzeczek nóg przymocowany jest blat stolu. Nogi wykonane sa z metalu, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 W innej odmianie lawa zlozona jest z blatu oraz nóg, przy czym blat ma postac grubej tafli szklanej o zarysie zblizonym do kwadratu, zas nogi usytuowane symetrycznie na obu jego koncach, zlozone sa z prostokatnych elementów - nóg oraz poprzeczki, stanowiacych jednolita calosc o zarysie zblizonym do ceownika o ramionach skierowanych do dolu, przy czym do dolnej powierzchni poprzeczek nóg przymocowany jest blat stolu. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape, ornamentation, and material from which it is made. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the coffee table in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows three subsequent variations of the coffee table viewed from above. According to the design, the coffee table is composed of a tabletop and legs, with the tabletop in the form of a thick sheet of glass with an outline similar to a rectangle. The legs, positioned symmetrically at both ends, are composed of rectangular elements – the legs and the crossbar, forming a single unit with an outline similar to a U-shaped beam with downward-facing arms. The tabletop is attached to the underside of the leg crossbars. The legs are made of metal, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. In another variation, the coffee table consists of a tabletop and legs. The tabletop is a thick sheet of glass with a roughly square shape, while the legs, positioned symmetrically at both ends, are composed of rectangular elements—the legs and the crossbar—constituting a single unit with an outline similar to a U-shaped section with arms pointing downward. The tabletop is attached to the underside of the leg crossbars. The legs are made of metal, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2.
