Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stól przeznaczony do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych zwlaszcza pokojów stolowych, wypoczynkowych lub jako stól konferencyjny przeznaczony do wyposazenia biur i urzedów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac stolu przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych stolowi oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografii na których fig. 1 przedstawia stól wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 fotografie stolu wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym. Stól wedlug wzoru ma blat w o ksztalcie prostokatnym umieszczony na czterech nogach zamocowanych na stykach oskrzyn prostych. Krawedz blatu ma profilowany ksztalt w postaci schodków Nogi stolu maja przekrój poprzeczny kwadratowy, przy czym ponizej oskrzyn maja rowek o przekroju trójkata wykonany na calym obwodzie nogi, zas przekrój nogi zmniejsza sie ponizej rowka w kierunku ku stopie nogi. Oskrzynie wzdluzne i poprzeczne maja na szerokich plaszczyznach fazowanie przebiegajace przez cala dlugosc tych elementów wzdluz ich dolnej zewnetrznej krawedzi.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Stól wedlug wzoru ma blat majacy profilowana krawedz w postaci dwóch schodków, przy czym górna powierzchnia blatu stolu jest mniejsza od dolnej, nogi majace przekrój kwadratowy, przy czym ponizej dolnej krawedzi oskrzyn nogi maja wykonany na calym obwodzie rowek o przekroju trójkata ponizej którego przekrój poprzeczny nogi zmniejsza sie w kierunku stopy nogi, oraz oskrzynie stolu wzdluzne i poprzeczne majace na szerokich plaszczyznach fazowanie przebiegajace przez cala dlugosc tych elementów wzdluz ich dolnej zewnetrznej krawedzi, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.1 i fig.2.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a table intended for furnishing residential or office spaces, particularly dining rooms, lounges, or as a conference table intended for furnishing offices and government offices. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the table, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the table an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the table according to the design in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the table according to the design in a perspective view. The table according to the design has a rectangular top placed on four legs mounted at the joints of the straight frames. The edge of the table top has a profiled, stepped shape. The table legs have a square cross-section, and below the frame they have a triangular groove along the entire circumference of the leg, while the leg cross-section decreases below the groove towards the leg foot. The longitudinal and transverse frames have chamfers on their wide surfaces running along the entire length of these elements along their lower outer edge. Essential features of the industrial design: The table according to the design has a top with a profiled edge in the form of two steps, wherein the upper surface of the table top is smaller than the lower surface, legs with a square cross-section, wherein below the lower edge of the frames the legs have a triangular cross-section groove made along the entire circumference, below which the cross-section of the leg decreases towards the foot of the leg, and the longitudinal and transverse frame of the table has chamfers on its wide surfaces running along the entire length of these elements along their lower outer edge, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
