Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lawa, majaca zastosowanie jako mebel w zestawach wypoczynkowych. The subject of the industrial design is lava, which can be used as a piece of furniture in leisure sets.
Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac lawy, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jej ksztaltach i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. The essence of the industrial pattern is the new form of lava, which is manifested in particular in its shapes and surface properties.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku w widoku z przodu, z boku i z góry, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono lawe z nogami o przekroju zblizonym do prostokata, zas na figl2 z nogami o przekroju zblizonym do okregu. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in front, side and top views, where Fig. 1 shows a lava with legs similar to a rectangle, and in Fig. 2 with legs having a circular cross section.
Lawe stanowi plyta osadzona na czterech nogach. Plyta wykonana jest z materialu przezroczystego, korzystnie ze szkla. Lawe is a plate mounted on four legs. The plate is made of a transparent material, preferably glass.
Nogi wykonane sa z metalu, zamkniete od góry. Polaczone sa krzyzowym lacznikiem z metalu. W górnej strefie maja gniazda do osadzania plyty. The legs are made of metal, closed at the top. They are connected by a metal cross connector. They have slots for mounting the plate in the upper zone.
W jednej z wersji wykonania uwidocznionej na fig.l nogi maja przekrój zblizony do prostokata.W innej wersji wykonania, uwidocznionej na fig.2 nogi maja przekrój kolowy.In one embodiment, shown in Fig. 1, the legs have a rectangular cross-section; in another embodiment, shown in Fig. 2, the legs have a circular section.
