Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stól przeznaczony do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych zwlaszcza pokojów stolowych, wypoczynkowych lub jako stól konferencyjny przeznaczony do wyposazenia biur i urzedów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac stolu przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych stolowi oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografii na których fig. 1 przedstawia stól wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 fotografie stolu wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym. Stól wedlug wzoru ma blat w o ksztalcie prostokatnym podzielony na trzy czesci, przy czym w centralnej czesci blatu umieszczona jest wstawka z grubego przezroczystego szkla o polerowanych krawedziach. Blat zamocowany jest na prostokatnej plycie o wymiarach mniejszych od wymiaru blatu i o grubosci wiekszej od grubosci blatu do której zamocowane sa cztery nogi o przekroju poprzecznym eliptycznym.Pod blatem z odstepem od niego zamocowana jest bezposrednio do nóg stolu pólka z pelnej plyty. Pólka jest w kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem blatu i nóg stolu. Pólka jest w kolorze jasnym a nogi i blat w kolorze ciemnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Stól wedlug wzoru ma blat, o ksztalcie prostokatnym podzielony na trzy czesci, przy czym w centralnej czesci blatu umieszczona jest wstawka z grubego przezroczystego szkla o polerowanych krawedziach, zamocowany na prostokatnej pelnej plycie o wymiarach mniejszych od wymiarów blatu, cztery nogi o przekroju eliptycznym i prostokatna pólke z pelnej plyty zamocowana bezposrednio do nóg stolu, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.1 i fig. 2. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the table, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the table an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the table according to the design in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the table according to the design in a perspective view. The table according to the design has a rectangular top divided into three sections, with an insert of thick, transparent glass with polished edges placed in the central part of the top. The tabletop is mounted on a rectangular board with dimensions smaller than the tabletop and a thickness greater than the tabletop, to which four elliptical legs are attached. A solid board shelf is mounted directly to the table legs at a distance below the tabletop. The shelf is in a contrasting color to the tabletop and legs. The shelf is light, while the legs and tabletop are dark. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The table according to the pattern has a rectangular top divided into three parts, with an insert made of thick transparent glass with polished edges placed in the central part of the top, mounted on a rectangular solid board with dimensions smaller than the dimensions of the top, four legs with an elliptical cross-section and a rectangular shelf made of solid board mounted directly to the table legs, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2. The board on which the top and the shelf are mounted are in a colour contrasting with the colour of the top and the table legs, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 2. 3.
