Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nózka przeznaczona do podpierania mebli uzywanych w pomieszczeniach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, possessing an individual character, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which - Fig. 1 shows the first version of the furniture leg from the front view, - Fig. 2 shows the first version of the furniture leg from the top view, - Fig. 3 shows the second version of the furniture leg from the front view, - Fig. 4 shows the second version of the furniture leg from the top view. Essential features of the industrial design: According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the essential features of the first version of the furniture leg are that the leg has the outline of a solid, the two parallel side walls of which have a shape similar to a cup, and the surfaces perpendicular to them have the shape of rectangles, where the surface of the larger rectangle serves to support the furniture, while the surface of the smaller one serves to rest it on the ground, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Second version: According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the essential features of the second version furniture legs are characterized by the fact that the leg has the shape of a solid made of two identical parts situated at a right angle to each other, each of these parts having two parallel side walls with a shape similar to half a cup, and the surfaces perpendicular to them have the shape of rectangles, where the surfaces of the larger rectangles are used to support the furniture, while the surfaces of the smaller rectangles are used to rest it on the ground, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
