Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, uzywany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy z górna powierzchnia bedaca fragmentem czaszy kulistej w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - odmiane uchwytu meblowego z górna powierzchnia w ksztalcie splaszczonego ostroslupa w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - uchwyt pokazany na fig. 1 w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu w kierunku strzalki „K" na fig. 1, fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - uchwyt pokazany na fig. 2 w widoku z boku, fig. 7 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 8 - ten sam uchwyt w kierunku strzalki „S" na fig. 2. Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1, 3, 4 i 5 ma ksztalt monolitycznej bryly, która stanowi element zblizony do odwróconego ostroslupa scietego o podstawie kwadratowej z lukowo wkleslymi scianami bocznymi oraz element prostopadloscienny o podstawie kwadratowej wspólnej z podstawa ostroslupa scietego, przy czym górna powierzchnia czesci prostopadlosciennej jest fragmentem kuli ograniczonej jej pionowymi scianami bocznymi, na której znajduja sie cztery rzedy gniazd kulistych usytuowanych wzgledem siebie symetrycznie, natomiast dolna kwadratowa powierzchnia tego ostroslupa zaopatrzona jest w osiowy nagwintowany otwór, zas wszystkie krawedzie poziome, pionowe i lukowe uchwytu sa krawedziami ostrymi. Odmiana uchwytu meblowego pokazanego na fig. 2, 6, 7 i 8 ma identyczny ksztalt jak uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 1, 3, 4 i 5 z wyjatkiem górnej powierzchni czesci prostopadlosciennej, która ma ksztalt ostroslupa o scianach bedacych trójkatami równoramiennymi.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1-8 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt monolitycznej bryly, która stanowi element zblizony do odwróconego ostroslupa scietego o podstawie kwadratowej z lukowo wkleslymi scianami bocznymi oraz element prostopadloscienny o podstawie kwadratowej wspólnej z podstawa ostroslupa scietego, przy czym górna powierzchnia czesci prostopadlosciennej jest fragmentem kuli ograniczonej jej pionowymi scianami bocznymi, na której znajduja sie cztery rzedy gniazd kulistych usytuowanych wzgledem siebie symetrycznie, natomiast dolna kwadratowa powierzchnia tego ostroslupa zaopatrzona jest w osiowy nagwintowany otwór, zas wszystkie krawedzie poziome, pionowe i lukowe uchwytu sa krawedziami ostrymi, - górna powierzchnia czesci prostopadlosciennej ma ksztalt ostroslupa o scianach bedacych trójkatami równoramiennymi.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle used as a fitting for doors, drawers, and doors. The design's new and original form is evident in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a furniture handle with the upper surface being a fragment of a spherical cap in a front view, Fig. 2 - a variant of the furniture handle with the upper surface in the shape of a flattened pyramid in a front view, Fig. 3 - the handle shown in Fig. 1 in a side view, Fig. 4 - the same handle in a view from below in the direction of the arrow "K" in Fig. 1, Fig. 5 - the same handle in a top view, Fig. 6 - the handle shown in Fig. 2 in a side view, Fig. 7 - the same handle in a top view, and Fig. 8 - the same handle in the direction of the arrow "S" in Fig. 2. The furniture handle shown in Figs. 1, 3, 4 and 5 has the shape of a monolithic solid, which is an element similar to an inverted truncated pyramid with a square base with arc-concave side walls and a cuboid element with a square base common to the base of a truncated pyramid, wherein the upper surface of the cuboid part is a fragment of a sphere limited by its vertical side walls, on which there are four rows of spherical sockets arranged symmetrically with respect to each other, while the lower square surface of this pyramid is provided with an axial threaded hole, and all horizontal, vertical and arc edges of the holder are sharp edges. The version of the furniture handle shown in fig. 2, 6, 7 and 8 has an identical shape to the furniture handle shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5 with the exception of the upper surface of the cuboid part, which has the shape of a pyramid with isosceles triangle faces. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in fig. 1-8 is characterized in that: - it has the shape of a monolithic solid, which is an element similar to an inverted truncated pyramid with a square base and concave arc side walls, and a cuboid element with a square base common to the base of the truncated pyramid, wherein the upper surface of the cuboid part is a fragment of a sphere limited by its vertical side walls, on which there are four rows of spherical sockets arranged symmetrically with respect to each other, while the lower square surface of this pyramid is provided with an axial threaded hole, and all horizontal, vertical and arc edges of the handle are sharp edges, - the upper surface of the cuboid part has the shape of a pyramid with faces being isosceles triangles.
