Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest glowica polerska. Glowica posiada nowy i indywidualny charakter. Glowica polerska sklada sie z miekkiej, zblizonej do walca czesci roboczej oraz uchwytu. Czesc robocza moze byc wykonana z gabki. Uchwyt jest polaczony z górna podstawa czesci roboczej. Uchwyt sklada sie z dolnej plytki, umieszczonej na niej centrycznie obsady oraz zeber laczacych obsade z plytka. Obsada posiada wewnetrzny, gwintowany, „slepy" otwór, ma ksztalt walca i obsadzona jest centrycznie na plytce. Plytka ma ksztalt niskiego walca o srednicy mniejszej niz srednica czesci roboczej glowicy. Obsada uchwytu polaczona jest z plytka przy pomocy kilku zeber rozchodzacych sie promieniscie . The head has a new and unique character. The polishing head consists of a soft, cylindrical working part and a handle. The working part can be made of sponge. The handle is connected to the upper base of the working part. The handle consists of a lower plate, a centrally placed holder, and ribs connecting the holder to the plate. The holder has an internal, threaded, "blind" hole, is cylindrical in shape, and is mounted centrally on the plate. The plate is shaped like a low cylinder with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the working part of the head. The holder holder is connected to the plate by several radiating ribs. The ribs are three-sided, flat, vertical plates. Their length is less than the plate's radius, and their height is less than the height of the mounting cylinder. The industrial-style head can be manufactured in three varieties. In the first variety, the head's mounting plate is recessed into the upper base of the working cylinder. In the second variety, the ribs connecting the plate to the mounting are shaped like right-angled triangles. The longer rib is adjacent to the plate. In the third variant, the ribs connecting the plate to the holder have a triangular shape, in which two sides are proximal, one of which is longer and adheres to the plate, while the third side is curvilinear. Characteristic features of design 1. A polishing head consisting of a soft, cylindrical working part and a handle with a mounting hole in the holder, characterized in that the handle is connected to the upper base of the working part, which consists of a lower plate in the shape of a low cylinder with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the working part, a central holder placed on it with a cylindrical hole, and several vertical, flat, three-sided ribs extending from the holder - each with a length smaller than the radius of the plate and a height smaller than the height of the cylinder of the holder. 2. A polishing head with the features as in point 1, in the first variant characterized by the plate being recessed into the upper base of the working part cylinder. 3. A polishing head with the features as in point 1, in the second variant characterized by the ribs having the shape of vertical plates in the shape of right-angled triangles, with the longer leg adjacent to the plate. 4. A polishing head with the features as in point 1, in the third variant characterized by the ribs having the shape of three-sided, vertical plates with two legs, the longer leg adjacent to the plate, and the third leg having a curvilinear shape.
