Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa stojaca przeznaczona do wyposazenia pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac lampy stojacej wyraza sie w jej ksztalcie. Lampa stojaca wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada prostokatna podstawe w for- mie plyty, do której sa zamocowane pionowo dwa wysiegniki o zróznicowanych wysoko- sciach w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „L" o ramionach rozchylonych pod katem prostym, umieszczone w jednej plaszczyznie. Górne ramiona wysiegników sa skierowane w te sa- ma strone i sa polaczone ze soba niskimi, pretowymi elementami, przy czym ramie niz- szego wysiegnika jest dluzsze od ramienia wyzszego wysiegnika. Na koncu dluzszego ramienia wysiegnika zawieszona jest pierscieniowa obsada, z której wystaje walcowy klosz. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia lampe stojaca w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2 - zdjecie lampy w widoku z boku, a fig.3 - rysunek lampy w widoku z góry.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Lampa stojaca posiada prostokatna podstawe, do której sa zamocowane pionowo dwa wysiegniki o zróznicowanych wysokosciach w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „L" o ramionach rozchylonych pod katem prostym, umieszczone w jednej plaszczyznie. The new and unique character of the floor lamp is expressed in its shape. The floor lamp, based on the industrial design, has a rectangular plate-shaped base to which two vertically mounted arms of different heights are shaped like an inverted "L" with arms splayed at right angles, placed in a single plane. The upper arms of the arms point in the same direction and are connected by low, rod-shaped elements, with the arm of the lower arm being longer than the arm of the higher arm. A ring-shaped base, from which a cylindrical lampshade protrudes, hangs from the end of the longer arm. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, where Fig. 1 shows a floor lamp in a perspective front view, Fig. 2 - a photo of the lamp in a side view, and Fig. 3 - a drawing of the lamp in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design The floor lamp has a rectangular base to which two arms of different heights are vertically attached in the shape of an inverted "L" with arms spread at a right angle, placed in one plane. The upper arms of the arms are directed in the same direction and are connected to each other by low, rod-shaped elements, where the arm of the lower arm is longer than the arm of the higher arm.
