Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z oddzielnych mebli zachowujacych zblizona stylistyke ksztaltów i wzornictwo powierzchni. Meble wykonane sa z drewna lub materialu drewnopodobnego oraz kamienia naturalnego lub z materialu imitujacego kamien i przeznaczone sa do wyposazania zarówno wnetrz mieszkalnych, uzytecznosci publicznej, tarasów, ogrodów, jachtów. Nowosc i charakter indywidualny wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w prostocie formy i w ksztalcie mebli, oraz strukturze i powierzchni materialów, z których sa wykonane. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z dwóch mebli: kanapy i stolika uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kanape w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia stolik w widoku perspektywicznym. Dla lepszego zobrazowania cech istotnych wzoru, poszczególne elementy zestawów przedstawione zostaly na kolorowych odbitkach. Zestaw mebli charakteryzuje sie tym, ze poszczególne elementy mebli stanowia prostopadlosciany oraz prostokatne plyty polaczone ze soba pod katami prostymi o rysunku powierzchni charakterystycznym dla drewna i pokryte sa czesciowo plytami z kamienia naturalnego lub materialu imitujacego kamien , na przyklad z onyksu , o powierzchni w desen zawierajacy plamy, zylki i przebarwienia, tworzac proste formy utrzymane w ascetycznej konwencji funkcjonalizmu. Kanapa przedstawiona na fig. 1 ma siedzisko z oparciami bocznymi i tylnym oparciem, wykonane z plyt drewnianych lub z materialu drewnopodobnego, dwie skrzyniowe nogi oraz ozdobne przykrycie wykonane z onyksu lub z innego kamienianaturalnego lub materialu imitujacego kamien. Siedzisko ma postac plaskiej prostokatnej plyty, do której przymocowane sa oparcia takze w postaci prostokatnych plyt przecinajacych sie z siedziskiem pod katem prostym. Oparcia te wykonczone sa u góry poziomym elementem w postaci plaskiej plyty o malej szerokosci, tak, ze w przekroju poprzecznym przypominaja cyfre 7. Nogi kanapy maja postac skrzynek w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, o dlugosci w przyblizeniu równej szerokosci kanapy, otwartych od czola, przy czym ich górne sciany stanowia przedluzenie plyty siedziska , zas boczne, wewnetrzne sciany nóg stanowia przedluzenie plyt oparc bocznych . Kamienne plyty przykrycia maja ksztalt prostokatów i powierzchnie o charakterystycznym dla kamienia onyksu deseniu, zawierajacym plamy, zylki i przebarwienia. Plyty maja szerokosc równa szerokosci oparc i siegaja az do powierzchni siedziska , a nad górnymi powierzchniami oparc sa usytuowane poziomo i wystaja poza ich zewnetrzne krawedzie tak, ze tworza wokól siedziska dekoracyjna pólke. Boczne plyty przykrycia usytuowane przy wewnetrznych powierzchniach oparc sa ukosne w stosunku do plaszczyzny siedziska. Stolik przedstawiony na fig. 2 ma podstawe wykonana z drewna lub materialu drewnopodobnego, w ksztalcie plaskiej, prostokatnej plyty, opartej na skrzynkowych nogach oraz dwie plytkowe podpory, na których usytuowany jest ozdobny prostokatny blat. Nogi stolika maja postac skrzynek w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o dlugosci równej szerokosci podstawy , otwartego od czola, przy czym górne sciany nóg stanowia przedluzenie plyty podstawy, zas boczne, wewnetrzne sciany nóg stanowia przedluzenie podpór blatu. Szerokosci prostopadloscianów nóg sa rózne, z jednej strony jest prostopadloscian szeroki, tworzacy pólke , a przeciwlegly prostopadloscian jest waski. Blat wykonany jest z onyksu lub innego kamienia naturalnego lub z materialu imitujacego kamien, o charakterystycznym deseniu zawierajacym plamy, zylki i przebarwienia. Dlugosc blatu jest mniejsza niz dlugosc podstawy, a stosunek dlugosci blatu do dlugosci podstawy wynosi okolo 1 :1,3. The furniture is made of wood or a wood-like material, and natural stone or a material imitating stone, and is intended for furnishing residential and public interiors, terraces, gardens, and yachts. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design is evident in the simplicity of form and shape of the furniture, as well as the structure and surface of the materials from which they are made. The subject of the industrial design, a furniture set consisting of two pieces of furniture: a sofa and a table, is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the table in a perspective view. To better illustrate the essential features of the design, individual elements of the sets are presented in color prints. The furniture set is characterized by its individual elements consisting of cuboids and rectangular slabs joined together at right angles, with a surface pattern characteristic of wood and partially covered with slabs of natural stone or a material imitating stone, such as onyx, with a surface pattern containing spots, veins, and discolorations, creating simple forms in the ascetic convention of functionalism. The sofa shown in Fig. 1 has a seat with side and back rests made of wood or wood-like slabs, two box legs, and a decorative cover made of onyx or another natural stone or stone-imitating material. The seat is a flat rectangular slab, to which are attached the backrests, also in the form of rectangular slabs intersecting the seat at right angles. These backrests are finished at the top with a horizontal element in the form of a flat board of narrow width, so that in cross-section they resemble the number 7. The sofa legs are rectangular boxes, approximately equal in length to the sofa's width, open at the front, with their upper walls extending the seat board, while the inner side walls of the legs extend the side backrest boards. The stone covering slabs are rectangular and have a surface pattern characteristic of onyx stone, containing spots, veins, and discolorations. The slabs are equal in width to the backrests and extend up to the seat surface. Above the upper surfaces of the backrests, they are arranged horizontally, extending beyond their outer edges, creating a decorative shelf around the seat. The side panels of the cover, located at the inner surfaces of the backrests, are diagonal to the seat plane. The table shown in Fig. 2 has a base made of wood or a wood-like material, in the shape of a flat, rectangular board, supported by box legs, and two board supports on which a decorative rectangular tabletop is placed. The table legs are box-shaped, cuboids, with a length equal to the width of the base, open at the front, with the upper walls of the legs forming an extension of the base board, while the side, inner walls of the legs form an extension of the tabletop supports. The widths of the leg cuboids vary; on one side there is a wide cuboid, creating a shelf, while the opposite cuboid is narrow. The top is made of onyx or other natural stone or a material imitating stone, with a characteristic pattern containing spots, veins, and discoloration. The length of the top is shorter than the length of the base, and the ratio of the top length to the base length is approximately 1:1.3. The essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that individual furniture elements are in the form of cuboids and rectangular slabs combined into simple forms, as well as the combination of natural materials, wood, and stone, with a characteristic shell-like fracture structure and a characteristic surface pattern containing spots, veins, and discoloration.
