Mebel pokojowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 22 lutego 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest mebel pokojowy - kanapa rozkladana zestawu „CLASSICO". Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie wyrobu, ukladzie linii obrysu poszczególnych jego fragmentów nadajacych swoisty i oryginalny wyglad oraz barwie. Najbardziej charakterystyczny jest widok szczytu kanapy oraz widok przedniej dolnej czesci pojemnika na posciel. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 - pokazano kanape przed rozlozeniem w widokuz przodu, na fig. 2 - kanape po rozlozeniu w widoku z boku, na fig. 3 - zarys zewnetrzny szczytu. Kanapa posiada dwa szczyty, o krzywoliniowym zarysie, które sa oblozone moltoprenem i wlóknina a nastepnie obciagniete tkanina meblowa. Widoczna frontowa i dolna czesc szczytu wraz z nózkami wykonana jest z tarcicy, która jest barwiona i wykanczana lakierem. Przednia czesc pojemnika na posciel ma pólokragly zarys, zblizony do zarysu szczytu. Szczyty te sa wspólnym motywem zdobniczym dla calego zestawu „CLASSICO". PL PLLiving Room Furniture The right to register an ornamental design is valid from February 22, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a piece of living room furniture - a fold-out sofa from the "CLASSICO" set. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the product, the arrangement of the outline lines of its individual parts, giving it a specific and original appearance and color. The most characteristic view is the top of the sofa and the view of the lower front part of the bedding container. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 - shows the sofa before unfolding in a front view, Fig. 2 - the sofa after unfolding in a side view, Fig. 3 - the external outline of the top. The sofa has two tops, with a curvilinear outline, which are covered with Moltoprene and non-woven fabric and then covered with furniture fabric. The visible front and bottom sections of the headboard, along with the legs, are made of sawn wood, which is stained and finished with varnish. The front section of the bedding container has a semicircular shape, similar to the outline of the headboard. These heads are a common decorative motif for the entire "CLASSICO" set.
