Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z oddzielnych mebli zachowujacych zblizona stylistyke ksztaltów i wzornictwo powierzchni. Meble wykonane sa z drewna lub materialu drewnopodobnego oraz kamienia naturalnego lub materialu imitujacego kamien i przeznaczone sa do wyposazania zarówno wnetrz mieszkalnych, uzytecznosci publicznej, tarasów, ogrodów, jachtów. Nowosc i charakter indywidualny mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w prostocie formy i w ksztalcie mebli, oraz strukturze i powierzchni materialu , z którego sa wykonane. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z trzech mebli, kanapy, sofy i stolika uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia sofe w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 przedstawia kanape w widoku perspektywicznym, fig 3 przedstawia stolik w widoku perspektywicznym. Dla lepszego zobrazowania cech istotnych wzoru, poszczególne elementy zestawów przedstawione zostaly na kolorowych odbitkach. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze siedzisko, oparcie tylne, oparcia boczne sofy i kanapy oraz podstawa stolika maja ksztalt prostopadloscianów polaczonych ze soba pod katami prostymi, o rysunku powierzchni charakterystycznym dla drewna i pokryte sa czesciowo plytami z onyksu o powierzchni w desen zawierajacy plamy, zylki i przebarwienia ,tworzac proste formy utrzymane w ascetycznej konwencji funkcjonalizmu. Sofa przedstawiona na fig.I wykonana jest z drewna lub materialudrewnopodobnego i ma siedzisko w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu oraz boczne i tylne oparcia w ksztalcie prostopadloscianów, które przecinaja sie z siedziskiem pod katem prostym. Dolne podstawy oparc stanowia jednoczesnie nogi sofy. Oparcia tylne i boczne przykryte sa czesciowo prostokatnymi plytami wykonanymi z onyksu lub innego kamienia naturalnego lub materialu imitujacego kamien o charakterystycznym rysunku powierzchni zawierajacym plamy, zylki i przebarwienia. Plyty siegaja gleboko na powierzchnie wewnetrzne oparc ,az do powierzchni siedziska , a nad górnymi powierzchniami oparc usytuowane sa poziomo i wystaja poza ich zewnetrzne krawedzie tak, ze tworza wokól siedziska dekoracyjne pólki. Kanapa przedstawiona na fig.2 ma taka sama budowe i jak sofa wedlug fig.l opisana wyzej, z tym, ze je j siedzisko jest dluzsze. Stolik przedstawiony na fig. 3 ma podstawe skrzyniowa w ksztalcie niskiego prostopadloscianu i blat w ksztalcie prostokatnej plyty usytuowanej asymetrycznie wzgledem górnej powierzchni prostopadloscianu podstawy. Stosunek wysokosci podstawy do jej dlugosci i szerokosci wynosi okolo 1:9,5:4. Podstawa wykonana jest z drewna lub materialu drewnopodobnego, a blat wykonany jest z onyksu lub z innego kamienia naturalnego lub z materialu imitujacego kamien o charakterystycznym dla kamienia deseniu zawierajacym plamy, zylki i przebarwienia. Blat stolika ma ksztalt prostokatnej plyty i jest mniejszy od powierzchni podstawy tak, ze czesc podstawy wystajaca z jego boku tworzy pólke. Stosunek dlugosci blatu do dlugosci podstawy wynosi okolo 1 : 1,6. Meble wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonane sa z materialów, które pozostaja obojetne na czynniki zewnetrzne, zas ich walory estetyczne pozwalaja na to, ze moga znalezc sie zarówno w sasiedztwie odkrytego basenu jaki i w otoczeniu miekkich draperii. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym , ze poszczególne elementy mebli maja postac prostopadloscianów i prostokatnych plyt polaczonych w proste formy , a takze polaczenia naturalnych materialów ,drewna i kamienia o charakterystycznej strukturze muszlowego przelamu i o charakterystycznym deseniu powierzchni,zawierajacym plamy, zylki i przebarwienia.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture set consisting of separate pieces of furniture with similar stylistic shapes and surface patterns. The furniture is made of wood or a wood-like material, and natural stone or a material imitating stone, and is intended for furnishing residential and public interiors, terraces, gardens, and yachts. The novelty and individual character of the furniture based on the industrial design are evident in the simplicity of form and shape of the furniture, as well as the structure and surface of the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design, a furniture set consisting of three pieces of furniture: a sofa, a loveseat, and a coffee table, is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the sofa in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 shows the coffee table in a perspective view. To better illustrate the essential features of the design, individual elements of the sets are presented in color prints. This industrial-style furniture set is characterized by its cuboid-shaped seat, backrest, side backrests of the sofa and couch, and the base of the coffee table, joined at right angles. The surface texture is characteristic of wood. These are partially covered with onyx panels with a pattern of spots, veins, and discolorations, creating simple forms in the ascetic convention of functionalism. The sofa shown in Fig. 1 is made of wood or a wood-like material and features a cuboid seat and cuboid-shaped side and rear backrests that intersect the seat at right angles. The lower bases of the backrests also serve as the sofa's legs. The back and side backrests are partially covered with rectangular slabs made of onyx or another natural stone or material imitating stone with a characteristic surface pattern containing spots, veins, and discoloration. The slabs extend deep into the inner surfaces of the backrests, up to the seat surface, and above the upper surfaces of the backrests, they are arranged horizontally, extending beyond their outer edges to form decorative shelves around the seat. The sofa shown in Fig. 2 has the same structure as the sofa in Fig. 1 described above, except that its seat is longer. The table shown in Fig. 3 has a box base in the shape of a low cuboid and a tabletop in the shape of a rectangular slab arranged asymmetrically with respect to the upper surface of the cuboid base. The base's height to length and width ratio is approximately 1:9.5:4. The base is made of wood or a wood-like material, and the top is made of onyx or another natural stone, or a material imitating stone with a characteristic stone pattern containing spots, veins, and discoloration. The tabletop is shaped like a rectangular slab and is smaller than the base surface, so that the part of the base protruding from its side forms a shelf. The tabletop length to base length ratio is approximately 1:1.6. The furniture, based on industrial design, is made of materials that are indifferent to external factors, and its aesthetic qualities allow it to be placed both near an outdoor pool and surrounded by soft draperies. The essential features of industrial design are manifested in the fact that individual furniture elements have the form of cuboids and rectangular boards combined into simple forms, as well as the combination of natural materials, wood and stone with a characteristic shell-like fracture structure and a characteristic surface pattern containing spots, veins and discolorations.
