Mebel pokojowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru trwa od dnia 02.03.2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest mebel pokojowy - kanapa 3-osobowa zestawu „FINEZJA". Istota wzoru zdobniczego przejawia sie w nowym ksztalcie wyrobu, w ukladzie linii obrysu poszczególnych jego fragmentów, nadajacych im swoisty oryginalny wyglad. Najbardziej charakterystyczny jest widok szczytu. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach: - widok kanapy 3-osobowej z przodu - rys. 1 - widok kanapy 3-osobowej z boku - rys. 2 - widok szczytu - rys. 3 Kanapa posiada dwa szczyty, o krzywoliniowym zarysie, które sa oblozone moltoprenem i wlóknina, a nastepnie obciagniete tkanina meblowa. Widocznafrontowa i dolna czesc szczytu wraz z nózkami wykonana jest z tarcicy, która jest barwiona i wykanczana lakierem. Przednia dolna czesc kanapy ma pólokragly zarys zblizony do zarysu szczytu, a poducha kanapy sklada sie z konstrukcji i przymocowanych poduszek. Szczyty sa wspólnym motywem zdobniczym dla calego zestawu „FINEZJA". PL PL PLLiving room furniture The design registration right is valid from 2nd March 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a living room furniture - a 3-seater sofa from the "FINEZJA" set. The essence of the ornamental design is reflected in the new shape of the product, in the arrangement of the outline lines of its individual fragments, giving them a specific, original appearance. The most characteristic view is the top. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings: - front view of the 3-seater sofa - Fig. 1 - side view of the 3-seater sofa - Fig. 2 - view of the top - Fig. 3 The sofa has two tops, with a curvilinear outline, which are covered with moltoprene and non-woven fabric, and then covered with furniture fabric. The visible front and lower part of the top, together with the legs, is made of sawn wood, which is stained and finished with varnish. The front lower part of the sofa has a semicircular shape similar to the top, and the sofa cushion consists of a structure and attached cushions. The tops are a common decorative motif for the entire "FINEZJA" set. PL PL PL
