Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet meblowy stolowy, przeznaczony do uzytku domowego lub biurowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, powierzchni, ukladzie linii. Komplet meblowy stolowy sklada sie z komody duzej, komody malej z lustrem oraz witryny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach na których fig. 1 - przedstawia komode duza w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - przedstawia komode mala z lustrem, w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 - przedstawia witryne, w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - przedstawia witryne, w widoku perspektywicznym. Komoda duza ma trzy drzwiczki, boki, wieniec górny, dolny, blat oraz plecy. Prawe i lewe drzwiczki maja frezowanie zblizone do kwadratu, natomiast drzwiczki srodkowe frezowanie w postaci pionowych wyzlobien. Ponadto w centralnej czesci srodkowych drzwiczek umieszczona jest frezowana rozeta ana górze i dole rzezbione listewki. Przy bokach komody znajduja sie frezowane pionowo listwy z waleczkami na górze i na dole. Komoda ma profilowany z trzech stron wieniec górny z frezowanym blatem i szufladami oraz frezowany wieniec dolny z podwyzszeniami na calych bokach i krótkich czesciach frontu. Na dwiczkach znajduja sie kluczyny z kluczami natomiast szuflady maja po dwa mosiezne uchwyty. Komoda mala z lustrem sklada sie z identycznych czesci jak komoda duza o odpowiednio mniejszych wymiarach. Dodatkowym elementem jest lustro o podstawie równej dlugosci blatu. Rama lustra ma frezowanie takie jak blat komody. Witryna zaopatrzona jest w trzy drzwi, boki, wieniec górny i dolny oraz plecy. Trzy drzwi oraz boki na dwóch trzecich powierzchni maja szyby z prostokatnym szlifem. W przeszklonej czesci srodkowych drzwiach, znajduje sie owalny dekoracyjny element drewniany, natomiast w czesci dolnej sa trzy szuflady z mosieznymi uchwytami. Na górze i na dole srodkowych drzwi znajduja sie rzezbione listewki. Przy bokach witryny znajduja sie frezowane pionowo listwy z waleczkami na górze i na dole. Witryna ma mocno wypuszczony do przodu, wysoki, bogato frezowany, wieniec górny oraz frezowany wieniec dolny z podwyzszeniami na calych bokach i krótkich czesciach frontu. Calosc jest wykonana z drewna, plyty wiórowej, pilsniowej i MDF oraz okleiny naturalnej i szkla. Cechy istotne kompletu meblowego stolowego: trzy czesci, trzy drzwi, szuflady, profilowane i frezowane wience, rzezbione listewki, frezowane podluznie listwy przy bokach oraz podwyzszenia, tak jak na zalaczonych ilustracjach, fig. 1 fig. 4. The subject of the industrial design is a table furniture set intended for home or office use. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, surface, and line arrangement. The table furniture set consists of a large chest of drawers, a small chest of drawers with a mirror, and a display cabinet. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the large chest of drawers; Fig. 2 shows a general view of the small chest of drawers with a mirror; Fig. 3 shows a front view of the display cabinet; Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the display cabinet. The large chest of drawers has three doors, sides, a top, a bottom, a top, and a back. The right and left doors have milling that approximates a square, while the middle door has milling in the form of vertical grooves. Furthermore, the central section of the middle door features a milled rosette, with carved slats at the top and bottom. The sides of the dresser feature vertically milled slats with rollers at the top and bottom. The dresser has a three-sided profiled top with a milled top and drawers, and a milled bottom with raised edges on the entire sides and short sections of the front. The door locks feature keyholes with keys, while the drawers each have two brass handles. The small dresser with a mirror consists of identical parts as the large dresser, but with correspondingly smaller dimensions. An additional element is a mirror with a base equal in length to the top. The mirror frame has milling similar to the dresser top. The display case is equipped with three doors, sides, a top and bottom panel, and a back. The three doors and two-thirds of the sides feature rectangular cut glass. The glazed section of the central door features an oval decorative wooden element, while the lower section houses three drawers with brass handles. The top and bottom of the central door feature carved moldings. The sides of the display cabinet feature vertically milled moldings with rollers at the top and bottom. The display cabinet has a prominent, high, richly milled top panel, and a milled bottom panel with raised sections on the entire sides and short sections of the front. The entire unit is made of wood, chipboard, fiberboard, and MDF, as well as natural veneer and glass.
