Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komoda przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac witryny przejawiajaca sie w sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych witrynie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek komody wedlug wzoru w korzystnym przykladzie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie komody wedlug wzoru jak na fig.1, w widoku perspektywicznym. Komoda ma dodatkowa podpore w postaci nogi, umieszczona centralnie pod plyta dolna korpusu, majaca w dolnejczesci stopke, przykladowo o regulowanej wysokosci, w postaci sruby zakonczonych wypuklym talerzykiem. Komoda ma korpus podzielony na trzy czesci - po bokach drzwi o konstrukcji plytowej, zamocowane od strony boków komody, a w srodkowej czesci cztery szuflady. Boczne drzwi maja uchwyty listwowe prostokatne o krzywoliniowej powierzchni górnej, zamocowane w górnym narozu od strony szuflad. Szuflady maja wypukla plyte czolowa o charakterystycznym stazowaniu wzdluz obu poziomych krawedzi, przy czym po srodku plyty czolowej maja zamocowany uchwyt listwowy prostokatny o krzywoliniowej powierzchni. W korpusie komody, w czesciach zamykanych drzwiami zamocowane sa pólki o dlugosci równej szerokosci tej czesci komody i szerokosci nieco mniejszej od glebokosci komody, wykonane sa z drewna lub materialów drewnopochodnych. Komoda moze byc wykonana w dowolnej wielkosci, w dowolnych kolorach i w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorów, przy czym powierzchnie moga byc wykonane jako gladkie, blyszczace lub matowe. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the display cabinet, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the display cabinet an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic drawing of a chest of drawers according to the design in a preferred embodiment, in a perspective view. Fig. 2 shows photographs of a chest of drawers according to the design as in Fig. 1, in a perspective view. The chest of drawers according to the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The chest of drawers has a stand-alone structure with thick, flat sides, while the body of the chest of drawers, in the shape of a cuboid, is mounted at a distance from the upper edge of the sides and a significantly greater distance from the lower edge of the sides. The cabinet body, in the door-closed sections, features shelves with a length equal to the cabinet's width and a width slightly less than the cabinet's depth. These shelves are made of wood or wood-based materials. The cabinet can be manufactured in any size, color, and color combination, with smooth, glossy, or matte surfaces. For example, the cabinet is finished with wooden or wood-based elements finished in a dark-colored semi-matte alder veneer, and the metal hardware and handles are finished with a matte nickel varnish.
