Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komoda przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych, przy czym komoda moze stanowic samodzielny mebel lub stanowic podstawe dla nadstawki i tworzyc wraz z nadstawka kredens. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych komodzie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografii n a których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek komody wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie komody wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym. Cokól komody stanowi prostopadloscian, majacy w górnej czesci listwe ozdobna o przekroju trapezu prostokatnego, którego podstawa wystaje poza prostopadloscian, przy czym cokól jest wysuniety poza korpus komody, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig. 2.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a chest of drawers intended for furnishing living spaces. The chest of drawers can be a standalone piece of furniture or serve as a base for a top unit, and together with the top unit, form a sideboard. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the chest of drawers an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a schematic drawing of the chest of drawers based on the design in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the chest of drawers based on the design in a perspective view. The chest of drawers based on the design has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The body of the chest of drawers has the shape of a cuboid, wherein two vertical strips, or overlays, are attached to the front of the chest of drawers, to the front surface of the side panels of the chest of drawers, which constitute the side walls of the chest of drawers, protruding outward, beyond the side panels of the chest of drawers, increasing the width of the chest of drawers when viewed from the front of the chest of drawers. The chest of drawers, viewed from the front, has the shape of a rectangle divided into four rectangular elements attached to the chest of drawers, wherein the chest of drawers is divided into three parts and has a drawer in the middle, located in the upper part of the chest of drawers, while under the drawers the chest of drawers has a pair of doors with a width equal to the width of the drawers, and has a pair of doors located on both sides of the drawers and the middle door. The drawer has a frame on its front surface with a rounded outer edge and a profiled quarter-round groove inside, as well as a central panel on which an external two-point toggle handle is mounted along the axis of symmetry. The door beneath the drawer has a frame on its front surface and a rectangular central panel, with the outer edges of the door frame being rounded and the inner edges having a profiled quarter-round groove. An external single-point toggle handle is mounted on the upper part of the side rail of the door frame, and each door is attached to the body with two self-closing, curled hinges. Single-point, knocker-type door handles are mounted on the side of the chest of drawers, while hinges are located on the side of the other pair of doors – the side doors. The pair of side doors, located on either side of the drawer, and the pair of middle doors, located below the drawer, have rectangular frames and a central panel on their front surfaces. The outer edges of the door frames are rounded and the inner edges have a profiled quarter-round groove. External single-point knocker-type handles are mounted on the frame of each door, at the top of the side panel, on the side of the middle door. The doors are attached to the chest of drawers with two self-closing, curled outer hinges with a decorative pivot. The chest of drawers has a crown extending beyond the body, with a top consisting of a board with diagonally cut sides and a lower section in the form of a cuboid with diagonally cut lower and upper edges. The chest of drawers has a plinth, which is a cuboid with a decorative strip in the upper section in the shape of a rectangular trapezoid, the base of which extends beyond the cuboid, with the plinth extending beyond the body of the chest of drawers. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The chest of drawers according to the design has a body to which, at the front, to the front surface of the side panels of the body, which constitute the side walls of the chest of drawers, two vertical strips are attached, the width of which is greater than the thickness of the side panels of the body, protruding outwards, beyond the side panels of the chest of drawers, wherein the chest of drawers has a decorative crown and a plinth, and to the body are attached a drawer situated in the upper part of the body, in the axis of symmetry of the chest of drawers, a pair of small doors the width of the drawer, situated under the drawer, and a pair of doors situated on both sides of the drawer and the small door, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 2. The chest of drawers has on its front surface a frame with a rounded outer edge and a profiled groove inside in a quarter-round shape and a central panel on which one external two-point toggle handle is mounted in the axis of symmetry of the drawer, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 3. The pair of central chest of drawer doors, situated under the drawer, have on their front surfaces frames and central panels in the shape of a rectangle, wherein the outer edges of the door frames are rounded and the inner edges of the frames have a profiled groove in the shape of a quarter-round shape, and on the frame of each door, in the upper part of the side strip, on the side of the axis of symmetry of the chest of drawers, an external single-point toggle handle is mounted, and the doors are mounted to the body of the chest of drawers by means of two self-closing curled hinges, as shown in the attached illustrations illustrative material Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 4. The side doors of the chest of drawers have frames on their front surfaces and a central rectangular panel, wherein the outer edges of the door frames are rounded and the inner edges of the frames have a profiled quarter-round groove, and on the frame of each door, in the upper part of the side strip, on the drawer side, an external single-point toggle handle is mounted, and the doors are attached to the chest of drawers body by means of two self-closing, curled external hinges with a decorative pivot, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 5. The chest of drawers top protrudes beyond the chest of drawers body, wherein the top has a top which is a board with bevelled side surfaces and a lower part in the form of a cuboid with diagonally cut lower and upper edges, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 6. The base of the chest of drawers is a cuboid with a decorative strip in the upper part with a rectangular trapezoid cross-section, the base of which protrudes beyond the cuboid, the base being protruding beyond the body of the chest of drawers, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2.
