Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, powierzchni i ukladzie linii. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego w stosunku do znanych rozwiazan mebli przejawia sie w bogatym zdobnictwie i charakterystycznym, jednakowym ukladzie linii cokolów i blatów.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunkach i na fotografiach. The industrial design registration right is effective from May 21, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture set with decorative elements. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, surface, and line layout. The novelty and originality of the industrial design compared to known furniture solutions is evident in its rich ornamentation and the distinctive, uniform line layout of the plinths and tabletops. The subject of the industrial design is presented in drawings and photographs. The furniture has identical decorative elements and , 2, 3, 4, 5, plinths 6, tops 7, corners 8 and legs 9. The horizontal frames 10 and H of the mirror constitute fragments of the frames of the plinths 6 and tops 7. The essential features of the industrial design are: - decorative elements 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. They have the form of glued-on sculptures, whereby the side decorative elements 1 are placed on the sides, in the upper parts of each part of the set, the horizontal decorative element 2 constitutes the lower finishing of the plinths 6, tops 7, the upper part 12 of the wardrobe and the horizontal frames 10 and J M of the mirror, the frame decorative elements 3 are placed on the front surfaces of the wardrobe, chest of drawers, nightstand and bed, the central decorative elements 4 are placed inside the frame decorative elements 3, and the upper decorative element 5 decorates the upper part 12 of the wardrobe, - identical outline and shape of the plinths 6 and tops 7, - identical corners 8, - horizontal frames 10 and H mirrors are part of the frame of the plinths 6 and the tops 7, - identical legs 9 in the shape of a low cylinder with rounded edges.
