Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i rysunku. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie, fig. 1 - przed- stawia sypialnie w widoku ogólnym , fig. 2 - przedstawia lózko w widoku ogólnym, a fig. 3 - toaletke w widoku ogólnym. Sypialnia wedlug wzoru skladajaca sie z lózka i toaletki charakteryzuje sie tym, ze lózko jest posadowione na kulistych nogach, a jego dwa boki posiadaja lukowate wciecia i sa zaopatrzone w plaskorzezby przedstawiajace motywy roslinne. Szczyty lózka stanowia jednolite, wypietrzone ku górze plyty, przy czym plyta wezglowia jest wyzsza, na srodku pionowo przedzielona wzdluznie frezowanym czworokatnym slup- kiem zwienczonym plytka o zaokraglonych krawedziach na której stoi figurka w ksztalcie kulistego pucharka rzezbionego w roslinne motywy zamknietego wieczkiem z kuleczka. Obie czesci plyty wezglowia posiadaja frezowane panele ksztaltem dopaso- wane do ksztaltu plyty i stanowiace swoje lustrzane odbicie, sa zwienczone szeroka,frezowana listwa, której górne konce wystaja ponad plyte tworzac z nia pólokragle wciecia, we wnetrzu których znajduja sie rzezby - motywy roslinne, a na zewnetrznych koncach listwa ma kuliste ozdoby. Plyta frontowa jest zwienczona szeroka frezowana listwa, która ma na koncach kuliste elementy ozdobne, natomiast od dolu ma szeroka frezowana listwe cokolowa i jest osadzona na kulistych nogach. Toaletka ma szafke w ksztalcie graniastoslupa posiadajaca plyte wienczaca sta- nowiaca jednoczesnie blat o obrysie wiekszym anizeli jej bryla i ma plyte cokolowa, takze wieksza niz bryla szafki, która jest osadzona na kulistych nogach. Szafka toaletki ma prostokatne drzwi z plaskorzezba przedstawiajaca motyw roslinny oraz szuflade, której czolo ma wyrzezbione motywy roslinne. Na blacie jest osadzona obudowa lu- stra, której cokól stanowi szeroka rzezbiona, lukowato wcieta na srodku, listwa majaca szersze podstawe i zwienczenie. Pomiedzy zwienczeniem a podstawa cokolu lustra znajduje sie wzdluznie ulozona plaskorzezba z motywami roslinnymi. Na zwienczeniu cokolu obudowy lustra sa dwa boczne, wzdluznie frezowane, czworokatne pionowe slupki o stozkowych zakonczeniach, pomiedzy którymi jest tafla lustra w owalnej ra- mie stanowiacej bogata rzezbe ciagu motywów roslinnych szerszej w podwójnym splocie w dolnej czesci zas u góry zakonczonej elementem stozkowym. PL PLNo. 20/10/1999 The right to register an ornamental design is valid from 20/10/1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a stylish bedroom set. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and drawing. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the bedroom, Fig. 2 shows a general view of the bed, and Fig. 3 shows a general view of the dressing table. The bedroom according to the design, consisting of a bed and dressing table, is characterized by the bed being set on spherical legs, and its two sides having arched indentations and are equipped with bas-reliefs depicting plant motifs. The headboards are composed of uniform, upward-sloping boards, with the headboard being higher, vertically divided in the middle by a longitudinally milled quadrangular post topped with a rounded-edged plate, upon which stands a figurine in the shape of a spherical cup carved with floral motifs and closed with a ball-shaped lid. Both parts of the headboard feature milled panels shaped to match the shape of the board and mirroring each other. They are topped by a wide, milled strip, the upper ends of which protrude above the board, creating semicircular indentations with carvings of floral motifs inside. The strip has spherical ornaments on its outer ends. Below the recesses in the top sections of both parts of the headboard are reliefs depicting plant motifs. Furthermore, the headboard extends beyond the sides of the bed on both sides, with two longitudinally milled posts with shelves supported by spherical legs, extending the board into two bedside tables. The second headboard, constituting the front, has longitudinally milled posts on each side, between which is a milled panel with a horizontally extended relief depicting plant motifs, with a fanciful element resembling an unfurled fan in the center. The front board is topped with a wide milled molding, which has spherical decorative elements at the ends, while at the bottom it has a wide milled base molding and is set on spherical legs. The dressing table has a prism-shaped cabinet with a top plate that doubles as a countertop, its outline larger than the cabinet itself, and a plinth plate, also larger than the cabinet itself, mounted on spherical legs. The dressing table cabinet has a rectangular door with a bas-relief depicting a floral motif and a drawer with a front carved with floral motifs. A mirror frame sits on the countertop, its base consisting of a wide, carved molding with a central arch and a wider base and finial. Between the finial and the base of the mirror base is a longitudinal bas-relief with floral motifs. At the top of the mirror's base are two longitudinally milled, quadrangular vertical posts with conical ends, between which is the mirror's surface in an oval frame, richly carved with a sequence of plant motifs, wider in a double weave at the bottom and topped with a conical element at the top.
