Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komoda przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych, przy czym komoda moze stanowic samodzielny mebel lub stanowic podstawe dla nadstawki i tworzyc wraz z nadstawka kredens. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych komodzie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografii na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek komody wedlug w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie komody wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym. Komoda wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Komoda w widoku od czola ma ksztalt prostokata podzielonego na dwie czesci i ma pare drzwiczek zamocowanych do boków korpusu, zakrywajacych powierzchnie czolowe plyt korpusu stanowiacych plyty boczne i plyte dolna i górna korpusu. Drzwiczki stanowi plaska pelna plyta z prostokatna wstawka w centralnej czesci, usytuowana przy krawedzi drzwiczek, wykonana z przezroczystego szkla iobwiedziona w miejscu polaczenia z plyta drzwiczek szeroka ramka w kolorze aluminium, przy czym w srodkowej czesci wstawki zamocowany jest poziomy dwupunktowy uchwyt. The chest of drawers can be a standalone piece of furniture or serve as a base for a top unit, and together with the top unit, form a sideboard. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the chest of drawers an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in a drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a schematic drawing of the chest of drawers according to the design in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the chest of drawers according to the design in a perspective view. The chest of drawers according to the design has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. Viewed from the front, the chest of drawers has the shape of a rectangle divided into two parts and has a pair of doors attached to the sides of the body, covering the front surfaces of the body panels, which constitute the side panels and the bottom and top panels of the body. The door is a flat, solid panel with a rectangular insert in the center, located at the door edge. It is made of transparent glass and is framed at the junction with the door panel by a wide, aluminum-colored frame. A horizontal two-point handle is mounted in the center of the insert. The door is attached to the sides of the body so that the glass inserts in the door form a rectangle surrounded by a common frame. The door panels cover the front surfaces of the body panels. The cabinet has a rim that extends beyond the body by a distance equal to the door thickness, overlapping the door, covering its upper edges. The rim is a flat, rectangular panel mounted on the top panel of the body. The sideboard has five elliptical legs, with four legs mounted near the corners of the bottom panel and the fifth leg centered near the rear wall of the body. The doors are contrasting in color to the body and the top. The doors are light, while the body is dark. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The chest of drawers door is a flat solid board with a rectangular insert in the central part, situated at the edge of the door, made of transparent glass and surrounded at the point of connection with the door board by a wide aluminum-colored frame, wherein a horizontal two-point handle is attached in the central part of the insert, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2.3. The chest of drawers doors are attached to the sides of the body so that the glass inserts in the doors form a rectangle in the chest of drawers axis surrounded by a common frame as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 4. The door panels cover the front surfaces of the body panels as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 5. The chest of drawers has five legs with an elliptical cross-section, with four legs attached near the corners of the bottom panel of the body and the fifth leg in the middle near the rear wall of the body as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 6. The chest of drawers rim protrudes beyond the body by a distance equal to the thickness of the door so that it overlaps the door covering its upper part. edges, wherein the crown is a flat rectangular plate mounted on the top plate of the body, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 7. The door is in a contrasting color to the color of the body and the crown, as shown in Fig. 2. 8. The door is in a light color and the body is in a dark color, as shown in Fig. 2.
