Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego Jest komoda przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac komody przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych komodzie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek komody wedlug wzoru w korzystnym przykladzie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie komody wedlug wzoru jak na fig.1, w widoku perspektywicznym. Komoda wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, przy czym komoda ma konstrukcje stojakowa, w której boki sa grube, o prostych krawedziach i o plaskich powierzchniach. Boki komody wystaja powyzej wienca górnego komody, który schowany jest za plaszczyzna frontów drzwi i szuflady. Boki komody tworza wraz z blenda laczaca, która umieszczona jest na tyle wienca górnego charakterystyczny akcent zwienczenia komody. Blenda wykonana jest zmaterialu o takiej samej grubosci jak boki komody i górna krawedz blendy pokrywa sie z górna krawedzia boków. Komoda osadzona jest na zespole nózek, przy czym nózki maja przekrój prostokatny i polaczone sa profilem wzdluz widocznych krawedzi wienca dolnego. Komoda ma korpus podzielony na trzy czesci - po bokach drzwi o konstrukcji plytowej, zamocowane od strony boków komody, przy czym plaszczyzna drzwi jest plaska, a w srodkowej czesci ma cztery szuflady, jedna nad druga, o równej wysokosci i o plaskiej powierzchni czolowej. Boczne drzwi maja uchwyty listwowe prostokatne o krzywoliniowej powierzchni górnej, zamocowane w górnym narozu od strony szuflad. Szuflady maja zamocowany po srodku plyty czolowej uchwyty listwowe prostokatne o krzywoliniowej powierzchni - identyczne jak uchwyty drzwiowe. Komoda moze byc wykonana w dowolnej wielkosci, w dowolnych kolorach i w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorów, przy czym powierzchnie moga byc wykonane jako gladkie, blyszczace lub matowe. Komoda w wykonaniu przedstawionym na fig. 2 ma dekor ciemna olche o widocznej strukturze drewna barwiona na ciemny, cieply braz. Okucia to jest uchwyty, nózki i profil laczacy nózki jest w kolorze nikiel mat. Oczywiste, ze nie jest to jedyne mozliwe wykonanie dekoru. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Komoda ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, przy czym ma konstrukcje stojakowa, w której boki sa grube, o prostych krawedziach i o plaskich powierzchniach i wystaja powyzej wienca górnego komody, który schowany jest za plaszczyzna frontów drzwi iszuflady, oraz tworza wraz z blenda laczaca, która umieszczona jest na tyle wienca górnego, wykonana z materialu o takiej samej grubosci jak boki komody, przy czym górna krawedz blendy pokrywa sie z górna krawedzia boków, charakterystyczny akcent zwienczenia komody, oraz ma korpus podzielony na trzy czesci, majacy po bokach drzwi a w srodkowej czesci cztery szuflady umieszczone jedna nad druga jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig. 2. 2. Boczne drzwi komody maja konstrukcje plytowa o plaskiej powierzchni czolowej i maja zamocowane w górnych narozach, od strony szuflad, uchwyty listwowe prostokatne o krzywoliniowej powierzchni górnej, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig. 2. 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of chest of drawers, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the chest of drawers an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 presents a schematic drawing of a chest of drawers according to the design in a preferred embodiment, in a perspective view. Fig. 2 presents photographs of a chest of drawers according to the design as in Fig. 1, in a perspective view. The chest of drawers according to the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, and the chest of drawers has a stand-alone structure with thick sides, straight edges, and flat surfaces. The sides of the chest of drawers protrude above the top of the chest of drawers, which is hidden behind the surface of the door and drawer fronts. The sides of the chest of drawers, along with the connecting panel located at the back of the top panel, create a distinctive accent to the chest of drawers. The panel is made of a material of the same thickness as the sides of the chest of drawers, and the top edge of the panel aligns with the top edge of the sides. The chest of drawers rests on a set of legs, with the legs having a rectangular cross-section and connected by a profile along the visible edges of the bottom panel. The chest of drawers has a body divided into three sections: on the sides, there are doors with a board construction, attached to the sides of the chest of drawers, with the door surface being flat, and in the middle section, there are four drawers, one above the other, of equal height and with a flat front surface. The side doors have rectangular strip handles with a curved top surface, attached to the upper corner on the drawer side. The drawers feature rectangular, curved-surface handles mounted in the center of the front panel—identical to the door handles. The chest of drawers can be manufactured in any size, color, and color combination, with smooth, glossy, or matte surfaces. The chest of drawers shown in Fig. 2 features a dark alder finish with a visible wood grain, stained a dark, warm brown. The hardware, including the handles, legs, and the leg connector profile, is matt nickel. Of course, this isn't the only possible finish. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The side doors of the chest of drawers have a board structure with a flat front surface and have fastenings attached in the upper corners, on the side drawers, rectangular strip handles with a curved top surface, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 3. The drawers of the chest of drawers have the same height and a flat front panel, and in the middle of the front panel there are rectangular strip handles with a curved surface, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 4.
