Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stolik nocny przeznaczony do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych, zwlaszcza do sypialni. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac stolika nocnego przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych stolikowi oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek stolika wedlug wzoru w korzystnym przykladzie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie stolika wedlug wzoru jak na fig.1, w widoku perspektywicznym. Stolik nocny wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma korpus w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, w którym wszystkie boki sa wykonane z prostokatnych plaskich pelnych plyt p prostych krawedziach i o plaskich powierzchniach. Stolik ma korpus podzielony jest pozioma plyta na dwa poziomy i ma dwie szuflady umieszczone jedna nad druga, o równej wysokosci i szerokosci.Boki korpusu stolika oraz plyta dolna zakryte sa frontami szuflad, zas plyta górna korpusu wystaje ponad boki korpusu na odleglosc równa grubosci frontów szuflad. Stolik osadzony jest na dwóch nózkach usytuowanych w przedniej czesci stolika, przy czym nózki maja przekrój splaszczonej elipsy, zas z tylu podparty jest przez tylna plyte korpusu wystajaca w dól na wysokosc nóg i do góry na taka sama wysokosc. Szuflady maja zamocowany poziomo po srodku plaskiej plyty czolowej w uchwyty listwowe proste, przy czym w odmianie wykonania jak na fig. 1 uchwyty zamocowane sa w odleglosci 1/3 od krawedzi górnej. Stolik moze byc wykonany w dowolnej wielkosci, w dowolnych kolorach i w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorów, przy czym kolory boków i tylnej scianki oraz frontów szuflad sa mocne i zestawione kontrastowo. Stolik nocny w odmianie wykonania przedstawionej na fig. 2 ma jasne fronty szuflad oraz ciemne boki i tylna scianke, zas uchwyty i nogi sa w kolorze aluminium. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Stolik nocny ma korpus w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, w którym wszystkie boki sa wykonane z prostokatnych plaskich pelnych plyt o prostych krawedziach i o plaskich powierzchniach, przy czym korpus podzielony jest pozioma plyta na dwa poziomy, oraz dwie szuflady, umieszczone jedna nad druga majace plyty czolowe o równej wysokosci i szerokosci, jak to uwidoczniono na fig. 1 i fig. 2.2. Boki korpusu stolika nocnego oraz plyta dolna korpusu zakryte sa frontami szuflad, zas plyta górna korpusu wystaje ponad boki korpusu na odleglosc równa grubosci frontów szuflad, jak to uwidoczniono na fig. 1 i fig. 2. 3. Stolik nocny osadzony jest na dwóch nózkach usytuowanych w przedniej czesci stolika, przy czym nózki maja przekrój splaszczonej elipsy, zas z tylu podparty jest przez tylna plyte korpusu wystajaca w dól na wysokosc nóg i do góry na taka sama wysokosc, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig. 2. 4. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bedside table, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the table an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic drawing of the table according to the design in a preferred embodiment, in a perspective view. Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the table according to the design as in Fig. 1, in a perspective view. The bedside table according to the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has a cuboid body with a rectangular base, in which all sides are made of rectangular flat solid boards with straight edges and flat surfaces. The table's body is divided into two levels by a horizontal panel and has two drawers placed one above the other, equal in height and width. The sides of the table's body and the bottom panel are covered by drawer fronts, while the top panel of the body extends above the sides by a distance equal to the thickness of the drawer fronts. The table rests on two legs located at the front of the table, with the legs having a flattened ellipse cross-section, while at the back it is supported by the rear panel of the body, which extends down to the height of the legs and up to the same height. The drawers have straight strip handles mounted horizontally in the center of the flat front panel. In the version shown in Fig. 1, the handles are mounted 1/3 from the top edge. The table can be made in any size, in any color, and in any color combination, provided that the colors of the sides, back, and drawer fronts are strong and contrasting. The bedside table in the version shown in Fig. 2 has light drawer fronts and dark sides and back, while the handles and legs are aluminum-colored. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The bedside table has a cuboid body with a rectangular base, in which all sides are made of rectangular flat solid boards with straight edges and flat surfaces, the body being divided into two levels by a horizontal board, and two drawers, one above the other, with front boards of equal height and width, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.2. The sides of the bedside table body and the bottom plate of the body are covered with drawer fronts, while the top plate of the body protrudes above the sides of the body by a distance equal to the thickness of the drawer fronts, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 3. The bedside table is mounted on two legs situated in the front part of the table, the legs having a flattened ellipse cross-section, while at the back it is supported by the rear plate of the body protruding down to the height of the legs and up to the same height, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 4. The table's drawers have the same height and a flat front plate, and in the middle of the front plate they have horizontally mounted straight strip handles, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and fig. 2. 5. Straight strip handles of drawers are mounted on the front panel of drawers in the version of the design at 1/3 of the height from the upper edge of the drawers, as shown in the attached illustration material fig. 1. 6. The bedside table has drawer fronts, sides and the back wall of the body made in contrasting colors, while the handles and legs are in a light color, as shown in fig. 2. 7. The bedside table in the version of the design has light drawer fronts and a dark and dark back wall, while the handles and legs are in an aluminum color, as shown in the attached illustration material fig. 2.
