Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stolik nocny przeznaczony do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych, zwlaszcza do sypialni. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac stolika nocnego przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych stolikowi oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek stolika wedlug wzoru w korzystnym przykladzie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie stolika wedlug wzoru jak na fig.1, w widoku perspektywicznym. Stolik nocny wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma korpus w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, w którym wszystkie boki sa wykonane z prostokatnych plaskich pelnych plyt p prostych krawedziach i o plaskich powierzchniach. Stolik ma korpus podzielony jest pozioma plyta na dwa poziomy i ma dwie szuflady umieszczone jedna nad druga, o równej wysokosci i szerokosci.Boki korpusu stolika oraz plyta dolna zakryte sa frontami szuflad, zas plyta górna korpusu wystaje ponad boki korpusu na odleglosc równa grubosci frontów szuflad. Stolik osadzony jest na dwóch nózkach usytuowanych w przedniej czesci stolika, przy czym nózki maja przekrój splaszczonej elipsy, zas z tylu podparty jest przez tylna plyte korpusu wystajaca w dól na wysokosc nóg i do góry na taka sama wysokosc. Szuflady maja zamocowany poziomo po srodku plaskiej plyty czolowej w uchwyty listwowe proste, przy czym w odmianie wykonania jak na fig. 1 uchwyty zamocowane sa w odleglosci 1/3 od krawedzi górnej. Stolik moze byc wykonany w dowolnej wielkosci, w dowolnych kolorach i w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorów, przy czym kolory boków i tylnej scianki oraz frontów szuflad sa mocne i zestawione kontrastowo. Stolik nocny w odmianie wykonania przedstawionej na fig. 2 ma jasne fronty szuflad oraz ciemne boki i tylna scianke, zas uchwyty i nogi sa w kolorze aluminium. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Stolik nocny ma korpus w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, w którym wszystkie boki sa wykonane z prostokatnych plaskich pelnych plyt o prostych krawedziach i o plaskich powierzchniach, przy czym korpus podzielony jest pozioma plyta na dwa poziomy, oraz dwie szuflady, umieszczone jedna nad druga majace plyty czolowe o równej wysokosci i szerokosci, jak to uwidoczniono na fig. 1 i fig. 2.2. Boki korpusu stolika nocnego oraz plyta dolna korpusu zakryte sa frontami szuflad, zas plyta górna korpusu wystaje ponad boki korpusu na odleglosc równa grubosci frontów szuflad, jak to uwidoczniono na fig. 1 i fig. 2. 3. Stolik nocny osadzony jest na dwóch nózkach usytuowanych w przedniej czesci stolika, przy czym nózki maja przekrój splaszczonej elipsy, zas z tylu podparty jest przez tylna plyte korpusu wystajaca w dól na wysokosc nóg i do góry na taka sama wysokosc, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig. 2. 4. Stolik nocny w odmianie wykonania ma jasne fronty szuflad oraz ciemny ciemne i tylna scianke, zas uchwyty i nogi sa w kolorze aluminium, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2.Fig.1 Fig.2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bedside table intended for furnishing residential or office rooms, especially for bedrooms. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bedside table, which manifests itself in the features of lines, contours and shapes that give the table an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The object of the industrial design is shown in the drawings and photographs in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic drawing of a table according to a pattern in a preferred embodiment in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows photographs of a table according to a pattern like in Fig. 1, in a perspective view. The bedside table according to the pattern shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has a rectangular body with a rectangular base, in which all sides are made of rectangular flat solid plates with straight edges and with flat surfaces. The table has a body, it is divided by a horizontal panel into two levels and has two drawers placed one above the other, of equal height and width. The sides of the table body and the bottom plate are covered with drawer fronts, while the upper body plate protrudes above the body sides at a distance equal to the thickness of the drawer fronts . The table is mounted on two legs located in the front part of the table, the legs having a flattened ellipse cross-section, while the back is supported by the rear body plate protruding downwards to the height of the legs and upwards to the same height. The drawers are horizontally fixed in the center of the flat faceplate with straight lath handles, where in the embodiment as shown in Fig. 1 the handles are fixed at a distance of 1/3 from the upper edge. The table can be made in any size, in any color and in any color combinations, the colors of the sides and back wall and drawer fronts are strong and contrasting. The bedside table in the embodiment shown in Fig. 2 has light drawer fronts and dark sides and a back wall, while the handles and legs are aluminum-colored. Important features of the industrial design: 1. The bedside table has a rectangular body with a rectangular base, in which all sides are made of rectangular flat solid panels with straight edges and with flat surfaces, the body is divided by a horizontal panel into two levels, and two drawers placed one above the other having front plates of equal height and width as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.2. The sides of the body of the bedside table and the bottom plate of the body are covered with drawer fronts, while the top plate of the body protrudes above the sides of the body to a distance equal to the thickness of the drawer fronts, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2. 3. The bedside table is mounted on two legs located in the front part of the table, the legs having a flat ellipse cross-section, while the back is supported by the rear body plate protruding downwards to the height of the legs and upwards to the same height as shown in the accompanying illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 4. The drawers of the table are of the same height and the flat face plate, with straight lath handles mounted horizontally in the center of the face plate, as shown in the accompanying illustrations, fig. 1 and fig. 2. 5. The straight lath handles of the drawers are mounted on the front panel of the drawers in a variant of the implementation at 1/3 of the height from the upper edge of the drawers, as shown in the accompanying illustration material, fig. 1. 6. Bedside table y has drawer fronts and the sides and back of the body are made in contrasting colors, while the handles and legs are light in color, as shown in fig. 2. 7. The version of the bedside table has light drawer fronts, dark and dark back.
