KOMODA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komoda przeznaczony do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac komody przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltach, oryginalnym dekorze, nadajacych komodzie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Korpus komody stanowia boki, wieniec dolny i wieniec górny, które sa tej samej grubosci. Boczne krawedzie wienca dolnego i górnego sa zaoblone jak przedstawiono na Fig. 11. Na froncie korpusu zamocowane sa pelne drzwiczki lewe i prawe a pomiedzy drzwiczkami zamocowane sa trzy jednakowe szuflady jedna pod druga. Szerokosc drzwiczek i szuflad jest równa. Drzwiczki i szuflady zamocowane sa w ten sposób, ze ich przednia szeroka plaszczyzna zlicowana jest z krawedziami boków, wienca dolnego i górnego. W kazdej z szuflad nieco powyzej osi poziomej szuflady zamocowany jest podluzny uchwyty metalowy w kolorze chromu. Na srodku drzwiczek lewych i prawych w osi uchwytu górnej szuflady zamocowany jest podluzny uchwyty metalowy w kolorze chromu. Komoda stoi na metalowych cylindrycznych zwezajacych sie ku dolowi nogach zakonczonych duza plaska okragla podstawa. Komoda w drugiej odmianie Fig. 2 i Fig. 7 rózni sie od odmiany pierwszej tym, ze zamiast drzwiczek lewych i prawych sa wneki podzielone pozioma pólka na dwie jednakowe czesci. Komoda w trzeciej odmianie Fig. 3 i Fig. 8 rózni sie od odmiany pierwszej tym, ze zamiast szuflad jest wneka podzielona pozioma pólka na dwie jednakowe czesci. Komoda w czwartej odmianie Fig. 4 i Fig. 9 rózni sie od odmiany pierwszej tym, ze jest ona wezsza o okolo 1/3. Na froncie korpusu komody zamocowana jest obok siebie para jednakowych pelnych drzwiczek. Komoda w piatej odmianie Fig. 5 i Fig. 10 rózni sie od odmiany pierwszej tym, ze jest ona wezsza o okolo 1/3. Na froncie korpusu komody zamocowane sa cztery szuflady jednakowej wysokosci. Dwie wezsze szuflady zamocowane sa w górnej czesci korpusu komody jedna obok drugiej a pod nimi zamocowane sa dwie szerokie szuflady jedna pod druga.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Komoda w pierwszej odmianie Fig. 1 i Fig. 6 ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Komoda w drugiej odmianie Fig. 2 i Fig. 7 rózni sie od odmiany pierwszej tym, ze zamiast drzwiczek lewych i prawych sa wneki podzielone pozioma pólka na dwie jednakowe czesci. Komoda w trzeciej odmianie Fig. 3 i Fig. 8 rózni sie od odmiany pierwszej tym, ze zamiast szuflad jest wneka podzielona pozioma pólka na dwie jednakowe czesci. Komoda w czwartej odmianie Fig. 4 i Fig. 9 rózni sie od odmiany pierwszej tym, ze jest ona wezsza o okolo 1/3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of chest of drawers, manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, and original decor, giving the chest of drawers a unique and individual aesthetic appearance. The first variant of the chest of drawers, Fig. 1 and Fig. 6, has a cuboid shape with a rectangular base. The body of the chest of drawers consists of the sides, bottom panel, and top panel, which are of equal thickness. The lateral edges of the bottom and top panels are rounded as shown in Figure 11. The front of the body features full left and right doors, and between the doors are three identical drawers, one below the other. The widths of the doors and drawers are equal. The doors and drawers are mounted so that their wide front surface is flush with the edges of the sides, bottom panel, and top panel. Each drawer has an elongated chrome metal handle, slightly above the horizontal axis of the drawer. An elongated chrome metal handle is mounted in the center of the left and right doors, along the axis of the top drawer handle. The chest of drawers rests on cylindrical metal legs that taper downward, terminating in a large, flat, round base. The second chest of drawers, Fig. 2 and Fig. 7, differs from the first in that instead of left and right doors, there are recesses divided into two equal parts by a horizontal shelf. The third chest of drawers, Fig. 3 and Fig. 8, differs from the first in that instead of drawers, there is a recess divided into two equal parts by a horizontal shelf. The fourth chest of drawers, Fig. 4 and Fig. 9, differs from the first in that it is approximately 1/3 narrower. On the front of the chest of drawers, a pair of identical full doors is mounted side by side. The fifth version of the chest of drawers, Fig. 5 and Fig. 10, differs from the first version in that it is approximately 1/3 narrower. Four drawers of equal height are mounted on the front of the chest of drawers. Two narrower drawers are mounted in the upper part of the chest of drawers, one next to the other, and two wide drawers are mounted below them, one below the other. The essential features of the industrial design of the chest of drawers in the first version, Fig. 1 and Fig. 6, are in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The chest of drawers consists of sides, a bottom panel, and a top panel, which are of the same thickness. The side edges of the bottom and top panels are rounded as shown in Fig. 11. The front of the chest of drawers features full left and right doors, and between the doors are three identical drawers, one below the other. The widths of the doors and drawers are equal. The doors and drawers are mounted so that their wide front surfaces are flush with the edges of the sides, bottom, and top panels. Each drawer has an elongated chrome-colored metal handle slightly above the horizontal axis of the drawer. On the front of the chest of drawers, a pair of identical full doors is mounted next to each other. The fifth version, Fig. 5 and Fig. 10, differs from the first version in that it is approximately 1/3 narrower. On the front of the chest of drawers, four drawers of equal height are mounted. Two narrower drawers are mounted in the upper part of the chest of drawers, one next to the other, and below them, two wide drawers are mounted, one below the other.
