Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi szaf, drzwiczek szafek i szuflad mebli. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z tego ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, w ujeciu z przodu, boku i z góry, fig.2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig.3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu. Uchwyt meblowy stanowi monilityczna bryla prostopadloscienna, posiadajaca od spodu wybranie prostopadloscienne tworzace dwie boczne identyczne stopki, których górne konce zwienczone sa ze soba czescia chwytowa. Stopki o podstawie prostokatnej maja ksztalt splaszczonych prostopadloscianów o szerokosci równej szerokosci czesci chwytowej, majacej równiez ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu, którego powierzchnie scian bocznych sa zlicowane z powierzchniami zewnetrznymi scian bocznych oraz scian czolowych stopek. Wysokosc stopek jest nizsza od ich szerokosci, a prostokatne podstawy stopek posiadaja po dwa nagwintowane otwory montazowe. The industrial design is for a furniture handle made of metal or plastic, used for fitting wardrobe doors, cabinet doors, and furniture drawers. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and the resulting artistic effects. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in perspective, from the front, side, and top; Fig. 2 shows the same handle from below; and Fig. 3 shows the same handle from the front. The furniture handle is a monolithic cuboidal solid with a cuboidal recess at the bottom, forming two identical side feet, the upper ends of which are joined by a gripping portion. Rectangular-based feet are shaped like flattened cuboids with a width equal to the width of the gripping portion, which is also shaped like a flattened cuboid, with the side surfaces flush with the outer surfaces of the side walls and front faces of the feet. The feet are lower than their width, and the rectangular bases of the feet each have two threaded mounting holes. Essential features of the industrial design of the metal or plastic furniture handle shown in Figures 1-3 are characterized by the following: - it is a monolithic cuboid solid with a cuboid recess at the bottom, forming two identical side feet, the upper ends of which are joined by the gripping portion. - Rectangular base feet are shaped like flattened cuboids with a width equal to the width of the gripping part, which is also shaped like a flattened cuboid, the side surfaces of which are flush with the outer surfaces of the side walls and front walls of the feet. - The height of the feet is lower than their width, and the rectangular bases of the feet have two threaded mounting holes.
