Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa zegara szafko- wego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii elementów obudowy zegara. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe zegara szafkowego w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - obudowe zegara przedstawionego na fig. 1 w widoku per- spektywicznym. Obudowa zegara szafkowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt graniastoslupa posiadajacego stelaz z ramiaków z jednej strony przecho- dzacych w nogi mebla, z drugiej zas nakrytego plyta wienczaca o obrysie wiekszym od obrysu mebla i schodkowo frezowana ku bryle mebla, przy czym miedzy ramiakami dzielacymi bryle mebla na segmenty, wiekszy na dole i mniejszy na górze, na bokach sa plyciny z desek zas od frontu dwoje oszklonych drzwi, z czego górne, mniejsze, maja górny ramiak od wewnetrznej strony lukowato wyciety, zas na frontowych ramiakach ze-gara w miejscach laczenia z ramiakami boków sa podluzne owalne czo- py, natomiast miedzy nogami jest lukowato wcinana listwa. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a grandfather clock casing. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the clock casing elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the grandfather clock casing from a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the casing of the clock shown in Fig. 1 from a perspective view. The case of the grandfather clock is characterized by its prism shape, with a frame made of stiles on one side that merge into the legs of the furniture, and on the other side covered with a crowning board with an outline larger than the furniture's outline and milled stepwise towards the furniture body. Between the stiles dividing the furniture body into segments, larger at the bottom and smaller at the top, there are wooden panels on the sides, and in the front there are two glazed doors, the upper, smaller one, has an upper stile with an arched cutout on the inside. The front stiles of the clock have elongated oval tenons at the joints with the side stiles, while between the legs there is an arched cutout strip.
