Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lustro przeznaczone do umieszczania na scianach w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów i linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku , na którym - fig. 1 przedstawia lustro w widoku z przodu. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku lustro w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt prostokata, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze dluzsze boki sa usytuowane poziomo a jeden z dluzszych boków, korzystnie górny, ma ksztalt luku, natomiast lustro w plaszczyznie czolowej ma obramowania przy czym pierwszy element obramowania stanowi matowy pasek szkla okalajacy lustro wzdluz calej krawedzi, zas drugi i trzeci element obramowania lustra stanowia ozdobne elementy rózniace sie szerokoscia i gruboscia, przy czym element trzeci obramowania stanowiacy obramowanie skrajne lustra ma grubosc i szerokosc wieksza niz grubosc i szerokosc elementu drugiego stanowiac jakby oslone calego lustra, oraz na swej skrajnej powierzchni posiada ukosne sciecie krawedzi jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. Wzór moze byc wykonany w dowolnych kolorach i ich zestawieniu.Fig.1 PL PL PLThe industrial design is a mirror intended for wall mounting in residential and office spaces. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, possessing a unique character, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of elements and lines. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Figure 1 shows the mirror from the front. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the mirror in the front view has a rectangular shape, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are that the longer sides are horizontally located and one of the longer sides, preferably the upper one, is in the shape of an arc, while the mirror in the frontal plane has frames, wherein the first element of the frame is a frosted glass strip surrounding the mirror along the entire edge, while the second and third elements of the mirror frame are decorative elements of different width and thickness, wherein the third element of the frame, constituting the outermost frame of the mirror, has a thickness and width greater than the thickness and width of the second element, acting as a kind of cover for the entire mirror, and on its outermost surface has a diagonal cut edge as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1.
