FRONT MEBLOWY Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia : Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest front meblowy, który wchodzi w sklad zestawów meblowych, kuchennych i jest stosowany w róznego rodzaju szafkach stojacych, wiszacych i kredensach. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac plyty czolowej drzwiczek, przejawiajaca sie w je j ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajaca do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia front meblowy w widoku z przodu. Plyta czolowa frontu meblowego ( drzwiczek ) wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest wykonana z plyty MDF oklejonej folia PVC lub wykonczonej przez lakierowanie. Drzwiczki posiadaja zdobienie w postaci wyfrezowanego profilu na szerokiej plaszczyznie oraz po obwodzie na krawedzi frontu. Profil stanowia równolegle do siebie pólokragly rowek i pólwalek. Opisane zdobienia tworza na powierzchni frontu zamkniety wzór, którego wysokosc i szerokosc zmienia sie wraz ze zmiana wymiarów zewnetrznych frontu meblowego. Wewnatrz pierwszego zdobienia sa wykonane prostokatne otwory tworzace witryne.Poszczególne okienka sa rozdzielone ramkami, które sa integralna czescia frontu meblowego. W górnym lewym i prawym rogu drzwiczek rowek i okienka tworza dwa charakterystyczne dla wzoru elementy ozdobne (zobacz fotografie). W czesci górnej rowek tworzy luk. W czesci pionowej i poziomej dolnej wzoru rowek i pólwalek sa wykonane wzdluz prostych równoleglych do krawedzi zewnetrznych frontu. Calosc tworzy orginalna forme plastyczna. Drzwiczki wedlug wzoru zdobniczego moga byc wykonane w róznych kolorach i ich zestawieniach. The essence of the decorative pattern is a new form of the front panel of the door, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, colors, aiming at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the front view of the furniture front. The front panel of the furniture front (door) according to the decorative pattern is made of MDF board covered with PVC foil or finished by varnishing. The door has a decoration in the form of a milled profile on a wide plane and around the perimeter at the edge of the front. The profile consists of a semi-circular groove and a semi-circular parallel to each other. The described decorations create a closed pattern on the surface of the front, the height and width of which change with the change of the external dimensions of the furniture front. Inside the first decoration there are rectangular openings forming the display cabinet. Individual windows are separated by frames, which are an integral part of the furniture front. In the upper left and right corner of the door, a groove and windows create two decorative elements characteristic for the pattern (see photos). The groove forms a gap in the upper part. In the vertical and horizontal parts of the bottom of the pattern, the groove and half-rounds are made along straight lines parallel to the outer edges of the front. The whole creates an original artistic form. According to the decorative pattern, the door can be made in various colors and their combinations. PL
