The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, color, and surface properties. The industrial design subject is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design subject is presented in the attached illustration showing a front-side view of a fireplace with a vertically asymmetrical, elongated upper part of the body with a prismatic surface outline, containing a shelf cut-out on the side surface and a decorative asymmetrical frame-like lower part of the body, having an asymmetrically situated firebox containing a metal frame with a door and a glass pane and having an asymmetrical side frame containing one cuboidal element on one side and two cuboidal elements on the other side, and on the upper part a strip with the outline of edges parallel to the outline of the edge of the upper part of the body separated from the lower part by a protruding strip with a contrasting surface colour and a base containing stepped elements with a prismatic outline and with decorative front surfaces and with contrasting upper surfaces, wherein the decorative the frame-like lower part of the body together with the stepped base has a surface with the color and texture of a smooth marble surface. The domestic fireplace, according to the industrial design, shown in the attached illustration, is characterized by significant features manifesting itself in that it has a vertical, asymmetrical, elongated upper part of the body with a prismatic outline of the surface, containing a cut-out with a shelf on the side surface and a decorative, asymmetrical, frame-like lower part of the body, having an asymmetrically situated firebox containing a metal frame with a door and a glass pane and having an asymmetrical side frame containing one cuboidal element on one side and two cuboidal elements on the other side, and on the upper part a strip with the outline of edges parallel to the outline of the edge of the upper part of the body, separated from the lower part by a protruding strip with a contrasting surface color and has a base containing stepped elements with a prismatic outline and with decorative front surfaces and with contrasting upper surfaces, with the decorative framed lower part of the body and the stepped base having a surface the color and texture of smooth marble.
