Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stól. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym wygla- dzie stolu, oryginalnym ksztalcie podparcia i podstawy stolu (tzw. nóg). Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na fotografii zbiorczej oraz dla lepszego zobrazowania wzoru w figurach poszczególnych odmian wzoru, na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia stól wedlug pierwszej odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym Fig. 2 przedstawia stól wedlug pierwszej odmiany w widoku z przodu Fig. 3 przedstawia stól wedlug pierwszej odmiany w widoku z boku Fig. 4 przedstawia stól wedlug drugiej odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym Fig. 5 przedstawia stól wedlug drugiej odmiany w widoku z przodu Fig. 6 przedstawia stól wedlug trzeciej odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu uwzgledniajacym widok z jednego boku Fig. 7 przedstawia stól wedlug trzeciej odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu uwzgledniajacym widok z drugiego boku. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1, stól wedlug pierwszej odmiany sklada sie z blatu o duzej grubosci oraz fantazyjnych dwóch podpór, tzw. nóg stolu, polaczonych ze soba listwa stabilizacyjna. Blat stolu o ksztalcie prostokata, jak pokazano na fig. 1, fig. 2 oraz fig. 3 posiada na swojej po- wierzchni bocznej trzy charakterystyczne wglebienia, tworzac tym samym wrazenie jakby skladal sie z czterech odrebnych, przylegajacych do siebie plyt. Kazda z dwóch podpór stolu ma trapezowy ksztalt i sklada sie z nalozonych na siebie prosto- padlosciennych elementów z zaokraglonymi rogami i przesunietych wzgledem siebie tak, ze podpora ma wyglad charakterystycznych schodków, co szczególowo uwidoczniono na fig. 3. Jak pokazano na fig. 2, podpory stolu sa zamontowane do blatu pod pewnym katem i polaczo- ne prostopadloscienna belka stabilizujaca. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 4, stól wedlug drugiej odmiany sklada sie z blatu o duzej grubosci oraz fantazyjnych dwóch podpór, tzw. nóg stolu, polaczonych ze soba listwa stabilizacyjna. Blat stolu o ksztalcie prostokata, jak pokazano na fig. 4 oraz fig. 5 posiada na swojej po- wierzchni bocznej trzy charakterystyczne wglebienia, tworzac tym samym wrazenie jakby skladal sie z czterech odrebnych, przylegajacych do siebie plyt. Powierzchnie górna blatu wykonano w kolorze kontrastowym wzgledem pozostalej czesci stolu. Kazda z dwóch podpór stolu ma trapezowy ksztalt i sklada sie z nalozonych na siebie prosto- padlosciennych elementów z zaokraglonymi rogami i przesunietych wzgledem siebie tak, ze podpora ma wyglad charakterystycznych schodków, zamontowanych do blatu pod pewnym katem i polaczo- nych prostopadloscienna belka stabilizujaca, co szczególowo uwidoczniono na fig. 5. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 6 oraz fig. 7, stól wedlug trzeciej odmiany sklada sie z blatu o duzej grubosci oraz fantazyjnych dwóch podpór, tzw. nóg stolu. Blat stolu o ksztalcie prostokata, posiada na swojej powierzchni bocznej trzy charakterystyczne wglebienia, tworzac tym samym wrazenie jakby skladal sie z czterech odrebnych, nalozonych na sie- bie plyt. Jak pokazano na fig. 6 kazda z dwóch podpór stolu jest fantazyjnie wygieta, przyjmujac spiralny ksztalt, zas zgodnie z wizualizacja wskazana na fig. 7 podpory maja wyraznie zaokraglone boki i po- ziome zlobienia, sprawiajace wrazenie budowy panelowej. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest oryginalny wyglad stolu, oryginalny ksztalt bo- ków blatu i podstawy stolu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego wedlug pierwszej i drugiej odmiany jest glównie tra- pezowy ksztalt podpór wykonanych z nalozonych na siebie prostopadlosciennych elementów z za- okraglonymi rogami, które sa przesuniete wzgledem siebie tak, ze podpora ma wyglad charaktery- stycznych schodków. Nadto podpora jest zamontowana do blatu pod pewnym katem i polaczona z druga podpora prostopadloscienna belka stabilizujaca. The essence of the pattern is reflected in the original appearance of the table, the original shape of the support and the table base (so-called legs). The subject of the design has been shown in a collective photograph and, for better illustration of the pattern, in the figures of individual design variations, in which: Fig. 1 shows a table according to the first variant in a perspective view. Fig. 2 shows a table according to the first variant in a front view. Fig. 3 shows a table according to Fig. 4 shows a table according to the second embodiment in a perspective view. Fig. 5 shows a table according to the second embodiment in a front view. Fig. 6 shows a table according to the third embodiment in a perspective view from one side. Fig. 7 shows a table according to the third variety in a perspective view taking into account the view from the other side. As shown in Fig. 1, the table in the first version consists of a large-thickness tabletop and two fancy supports, the so-called table legs, connected together by a stabilizing strip. The rectangular table top, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, has three characteristic recesses on its side surface, creating the impression that it consists of four separate, adjacent boards. Each of the two table supports has a trapezoidal shape and consists of superimposed cuboid elements with rounded corners and shifted relative to each other so that the support has the appearance of characteristic steps, which is shown in detail in Fig. 3. As shown in Fig. 2, the table supports are mounted to the tabletop at a certain angle and connected by a rectangular stabilizing beam. As shown in Fig. 4, the table of the second version consists of a large top and two fancy supports, the so-called table legs, connected together by a stabilizing strip. The rectangular table top, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, has three characteristic recesses on its side surface, creating the impression that it consists of four separate, adjacent boards. The upper surface of the tabletop is made in a color that contrasts with the rest of the table. Each of the two table supports has a trapezoidal shape and consists of superimposed cuboid elements with rounded corners and shifted relative to each other so that the support has the appearance of characteristic steps, mounted to the tabletop at a certain angle and connected by a cuboid stabilizing beam, which shown in detail in Fig. 5. As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the table of the third version consists of a large-thickness tabletop and two fancy supports, the so-called table legs. The table top is rectangular in shape and has three characteristic recesses on its side surface, creating the impression that it consists of four separate boards superimposed on each other. As shown in Fig. 6, each of the two table supports is fancifully bent, taking a spiral shape, and according to the visualization shown in Fig. 7, the supports have clearly rounded sides and horizontal embossing, giving the impression of a panel structure. The important features of an industrial design are the original appearance of the table, the original shape of the sides of the table top and the table base. An important feature of the industrial design according to the first and second varieties is mainly the trapezoidal shape of the supports made of superimposed cuboid elements with rounded corners, which are offset from each other so that the support has the appearance of characteristic steps. Moreover, the support is mounted to the tabletop at a certain angle and connected to the second support by a rectangular stabilizing beam.
