PL 23148 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac nadana przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i ornamentacje wytworu stanowiacego mównice przeznaczona dla lektora. Mównica stanowi wytwór w ksztalcie bryly skladajacej sie z kolumny i pulpitu, a takze stopy. Mównica moze byc wyposazona w mikrofony oraz lampki umieszczone na pulpicie. Mównica jest wy- posazona w pozioma pólke znajdujaca sie ponizej pulpitu. Na przedniej scianie kolumny mozna umie- scic ekran multimedialny, emblemat, herb, flage lub inne oznakowanie. Mównice wedlug wzoru pokazano na rysunku w dwóch odmianach: Odmiana I – Fig. 1, Fig. 2; Odmiana II – Fig. 3. Cechy wspólne wzoru przemyslowego: ? Mównica ma ksztalt bryly przypominajacej graniastoslup, którego sciana przednia i dwie sciany boczne stanowia kolumne mównicy, przy czym sciany boczne maja ksztalt trape- zoidalny, przy czym jeden bok jest wklesly, a wolny naroznik zaokraglony; ? Ornamentacja i kolorystyka powierzchni scian mównicy przypomina powierzchnie drew- niana; ? Kolumna jest osadzona na stopie mównicy; jak pokazano na Fig. 1 do Fig. 3. Odmiana I Na przedniej scianie kolumny jest umieszczony emblemat; mównica jest wyposazona w umieszczone na pulpicie elementy w ksztalcie mikrofonów lub lampek; jak pokazano na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. Odmiana II Mównica jest wyposazona w umieszczone na pulpicie elementy w ksztalcie mikrofonów lub lampek; jak pokazano na Fig. 3. The lectern is a solid-shaped product consisting of a column, a lectern, and a foot. The lectern may be equipped with microphones and lamps placed on the lectern. The lectern is equipped with a horizontal shelf below the lectern. A multimedia screen, emblem, coat of arms, flag, or other markings may be placed on the front of the column. The lecterns according to the design are shown in two variations: Variation I – Fig. 1, Fig. 2; Variation II – Fig. 3. Common features of the industrial design: The lectern has the shape of a solid resembling a prism, the front wall and two side walls of which constitute the lectern column, the side walls being trapezoidal in shape, with one side being concave and the free corner rounded; ? The ornamentation and coloring of the lectern wall surfaces resemble a wooden surface; ? The column is mounted on the lectern foot; as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. Variation I An emblem is placed on the front wall of the column; the lectern is equipped with elements in the shape of microphones or lamps placed on the lectern; as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Variation II The lectern is equipped with elements in the shape of microphones or lamps placed on the lectern; as shown in Fig. 3.
