Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów i linii. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku cechy istotne pierwszej odmiany mebla wypoczynkowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze jest on utworzony z pufy do której przylega stolik, przy czym pufa ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, na którym umieszczona jest taca, zas stolik ma w rzucie z góry ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego dwa naroza sa zaokraglone, przy czym blat stolika podparty jest z jednej strony na dwóch nogach umieszczonych pod dwoma zaokraglonymi narozami, zas z drugiej strony na sciance o dlugosci równej dlugosci szerszego boku stolika, przy czym wysokosc stolika jest mniejsza od wysokosci pufy, a zarówno stolik jak i pufa posadowione sa na cokolach o jednakowej grubosci, przy czym pufa i stolik przylegaja do siebie dluzszymi bokami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.1,2,3,4,5. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, cechy istotne drugiej odmiany mebla wypoczynkowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze jest on utworzony z pufy do której przylega stolik, przy czym pufa ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, na którym umieszczona jest taca, zas stolik ma w rzucie z góry ksztalt zblizony do pólokregu, przy czym blat stolika podparty jest z jednej strony na jednej nodze umieszczonej w poblizu krawedzi luku, zas z drugiej strony na sciance o dlugosci równej dlugosci szerszego boku stolika, przy czym wysokosc stolika jest mniejsza od wysokosci pufy, a zarówno stolik jak i pufa posadowione sa na cokolach o jednakowej grubosci, przy czym pufa i stolik przylegaja do siebie dluzszymi bokami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.6,7,8,9,10 na fot.1 . According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the essential features of the first type of lounge furniture are that it is made of a pouffe with a table adjacent to it, wherein the pouffe has the shape of a cuboid on which a tray is placed, and the table has, in a top view, the shape close to a rectangle whose two corners are rounded, wherein the table top is supported on one side on two legs placed under two rounded corners, and on the other side on a wall with a length equal to the length of the wider side of the table, wherein the height of the table is lower than the height of the pouffe, and both the table and the pouffe are placed on plinths of the same thickness, wherein the pouffe and the table adjoin each other with their longer sides, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the essential features of the second type of lounge furniture are that it is made of a pouffe with a table adjacent to it, wherein the pouffe has the shape of a cuboid on which a tray is placed, and the table has a shape close to a semicircle in a top view, wherein the table top is supported on one side by one leg placed near the edge of the arc, and on the other side by a wall whose length is equal to the length of the wider side of the table, wherein the height of the table is lower than the height of the pouffe, and both the table and the pouffe are placed on plinths of the same thickness, wherein the pouffe and the table are adjacent to each other by their longer sides, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 in photo 1. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the essential features of the third variety of lounge furniture are manifested in the fact that it is made of a pouffe with shelves adjacent to it, one of which is adjacent to the side and the other to the back, and the pouffe has the shape of a cuboid on which a cylinder is placed with a cushion placed diagonally on it, and to the longer side of the pouffe there is a shelf with a height lower than the height of the pouffe, while this shelf is made of two shelves divided in the middle by a wall, and on the side of the pouffe it has a back wall, and in a top view, this shelf has the shape of a rectangle, the longer side of which is equal to the length of the pouffe, and on the shelf there is a tray, while to the shorter side of the pouffe and the shorter side On the side of the shelf there is another shelf with a height greater than the height of the pouffe, equipped along its entire length with a shelf divided by a wall, with all elements of the lounge furniture placed on a plinth, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and photo 2.
