Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli przeznaczonych do wypoczynku. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów i linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku , na którym - fig.1 przedstawia sofe narozna w widoku perspektywicznym, - fig.2 przedstawia sofe narozna w widoku z góry, - fig.3 przedstawia sofe narozna w widoku z tylu od strony dluzszego boku, - fig.4 przedstawia sofe narozna w widoku z tylu od strony krótszego boku, - fig. 5 przedstawia fotel w widoku od przodu, - fig. 6 przedstawia fotel w widoku z tylu, - fig. 7 przedstawia pufe w widoku perspektywicznym od strony zaokraglonego boku, - fig. 8 przedstawia pufe w widoku perspektywicznym od strony prostego boku. Sofa posiada siedzisko umieszczone na skrzyniach, sciane tylna oraz bok. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku sofa narozna jest utworzona z siedziska, pod którym umieszczone saskrzynie oraz boku i tylnego oparcia, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze siedzisko sofy naroznej utworzone jest z poduszek i ma w widoku z góry ksztalt litery „L" podzielonej na dwie czesci o ksztaltach zblizonych do prostokatów o róznych dlugosciach, przy czym krótsza czesc siedziska ma wyciecie, w którym umieszczone jest zakonczenie drugiej czesci siedziska, zas w poziomie siedzisko podzielone jest na dwie czesci o róznej grubosci, natomiast do jednego z konców siedziska zamocowany jest bok, zas drugi koniec siedziska wraz z skrzynia jest zaokraglony, a oparcie sofy utworzone jest z poduch o róznej dlugosci, których górne krawedzie sa lukowo wygiete, przy czym tylna strona poduszki stanowiacej oparcie i usytuowanej w narozu ma ksztalt kata prostego, a przednia jej czesc jest zaokraglona i utworzona z dwóch symetrycznych czesci, a ponadto wszystkie poduchy maja ozdobne pojedyncze i podwójne, pionowe oraz ukosne i poziomo-lukowe przeszycia, przy czym poziomo- lukowe przeszycia, na dluzszych poduchach, sa rozdzielone od siebie dwoma pojedynczymi pionowymi przeszyciami, natomiast sciana boczna boku przylegajacego do siedziska sofy, jest w dolnej czesci od strony zewnetrznej wypukla, w czesci srodkowej wklesla, zas w górnej jest lukowo odchylona na zewnatrz, a od strony siedziska, na tym boku umieszczona jest plaska poduszka, natomiast bok skrajnej poduchy umieszczonej na dluzszej czesci siedziska sofy, w miejscu styku z bokiem sofy, jest w górnej czesci wypukly, zas w dolnej czesci wklesly, natomiast skrajna czesc poduchy umieszczonej na krótszej czesci siedziska sofy ma zewnetrzny bok zaokraglony, zas cala sofa narozna oparta jest na ukosnie usytuowanych nózkach jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1,2,3 i 4. Wzór moze byc wykonany w dowolnych kolorach i ich zestawieniu. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku pufa utworzona jest z siedziska umieszczonego na korpusie posadowionym na nózkach, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze pufa ma w widoku z góry ksztalt prostokata, którego jeden bok jest zaokraglony, zas korpus pufy ma wysokosc znacznie wieksza od grubosci poduch stanowiacych siedzisko, natomiast poduszki wychodza swoim obrysem z trzech stron poza korpus, a ich brzegi w miejscu wyjscia poza obrys korpusu sa zaokraglone i maja ksztalt pólwalców, przy czym krawedzie poduszek w miejscu styku sa polaczone szwem na calej dlugosci, natomiast strona przeciwna zaokraglonej pufy ma siedzisko i poduchy w jednej linii, zas cala pufa jest podparta na ukosnie usytuowanych nózkach jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 7 i 8. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, possessing an individual character, manifested in the shape and arrangement of elements and lines. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which - Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the corner sofa; - Fig. 2 shows a top view of the corner sofa; - Fig. 3 shows a rear view of the corner sofa from the long side; - Fig. 4 shows a rear view of the corner sofa from the short side; - Fig. 5 shows a front view of the armchair; - Fig. 6 shows a rear view of the armchair; - Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of the pouffe from the rounded side; - Fig. 8 shows a perspective view of the pouffe from the straight side. The sofa has a seat placed on boxes, a back wall, and a side panel. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the corner sofa is made of a seat with a box underneath and a side and a backrest, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the corner sofa is made of cushions and has a top view in the shape of the letter "L" divided into two parts with shapes similar to rectangles of different lengths, wherein the shorter part of the seat has a cutout in which the end of the second part of the seat is placed, while horizontally the seat is divided into two parts of different thickness, while a side is attached to one of the ends of the seat, while the other end of the seat together with the box is rounded, and the backrest of the sofa is made of cushions of different lengths, the upper edges of which are bent into an arc, wherein the back side of the cushion constituting the backrest and situated in the corner has the shape of a right angle, and its front part is rounded and made of two symmetrical parts, and in addition, all the cushions have decorative single and double, vertical and diagonal and horizontal-arc stitching, wherein the horizontal-arc stitching on the longer cushions is separated from each other by two single vertical stitching, while the side wall of the side adjacent to the sofa seat is convex in the lower part on the outer side, concave in the middle part, and in the upper part it is arcuate outwards, and on the seat side, on this side there is a flat cushion, while the side of the outer cushion placed on the longer part of the sofa seat, at the point of contact with the side of the sofa, is convex in the upper part and concave in the lower part, while the outer part of the cushion placed on the shorter part of the sofa seat has a rounded outer side, and the entire sofa The corner sofa is supported by diagonally arranged legs as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4. The pattern can be made in any colors and their combination. The armchair is made of a seat, a backrest and sides. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the armchair has a seat with sides and a backrest, where the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the sides of the armchair are, in the upper part, arc-shaped outwards and the backrest, situated between the sides, has an upper edge in the form of an arc stretched between the sides, while the side edges of the backrest have a shape that is a reproduction of the surface of the sides, while, on the seat side, the backrest has a cushion with decorative single and double vertical, diagonal and horizontal-arc stitching, while the side walls of the sides in the lower part, on the outer side, are convex, in the middle part concave, while on the upper arc-shaped part of the backrest there are flat cushions, and the entire armchair is supported on conical legs as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 5 and 6. The pattern can be made in any color and color combination. The pouffe consists of a seat and a body. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the pouffe is made of a seat placed on a body resting on legs, where the essential features of the industrial design are that the pouffe has a rectangular shape in the top view, one side of which is rounded, and the body of the pouffe has a height significantly greater than the thickness of the seat cushions, while the cushions extend beyond the body on three sides, and their edges where they extend beyond the body outline are rounded and have the shape of half cylinders, where the edges of the cushions at the point of contact are joined with a seam along their entire length, while the opposite side of the rounded pouffe has the seat and cushions in one line, and the entire pouffe is supported on diagonally arranged legs as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 7 and 8.
