Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa przeznaczona do siedzenia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów i linii. Sofa posiada siedzisko, sciane tylna oraz boki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, possessing an individual character, manifested in the shape and arrangement of elements and lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which - Fig. 1 shows the first version of the sofa in a side view, - Fig. 2 shows the first version of the sofa in a front view, - Fig. 3 shows the second version of the sofa in a side view, - Fig. 4 shows the second version of the sofa in a front view, - Fig. 5 shows the third version of the sofa in a side view, - Fig. 6 shows the third version of the sofa in a front view. The sofa has a seat, a back panel, and sides. First variant In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the first variant of the sofa has a seat with sides and a backrest, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the sofa seat has a front upper part that is rounded and protrudes above the lower part of the seat, wherein the lower part of the seat widens towards the back, and the sides in the form of metal tubes adjoin the seat, which also constitute the legs of the sofa, wherein the rear vertical leg is diagonally connected to the arched front leg, and between them there is a connector in the form of a decorative metal element with a mesh situated between thin metal tubes bent in the shape of arcs, and armrests are attached to the front leg on vertical metal tubes, while the backrest of the sofa is a cushion, wherein at the height of the connection of the rear vertical leg with the arched front leg, the backrest is tilted backwards, the upper edge of the cushion is curved, the side walls of the cushion are curved outwards in the upper part, while in the middle part the cushion has stitching in the shape of a curved line, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and 2. The pattern can be made in any colors and their combination. Second Variation In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the second variant of the sofa has a seat with sides and a backrest, where the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the sofa is divided horizontally into two parts, where the front upper part of the seat is rounded and protrudes above the lower part of the seat, while the lower part of the seat widens towards the back, while the upper part of the seat, made of cushions, and the backrest of the sofa are divided vertically into two parts, and the sides in the form of metal pipes, which also constitute the legs of the sofa, are adjacent to the seat, where the rear vertical leg is diagonally connected to the front leg bent in an arc, and between them there is a connector in the form of a decorative metal element with a mesh placed between thin metal pipes bent in the shape of arcs, and to the front leg are attached on vertical metal armrests in tubes, while the backrest of the sofa in the form of a cushion, divided vertically into two equal parts, is tilted backwards at the height of the connection of the rear vertical leg with the arched front leg, while the upper edge of the sofa backrest is arched, while the side extreme walls of the cushions, in the upper part, are arcuately parted outwards, while in the middle part the cushions have stitching in the shape of curved lines, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 3 and 4. The pattern can be made in any colors and their combination. Third Variety In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the third variety of the sofa has a seat with sides and a backrest, where the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the sofa seat is divided horizontally into two parts, with the front upper part of the seat being rounded and extended above the lower the seat part and the underside of the seat expand towards the rear, while the upper part of the seat, made of cushions, and the backrest of the sofa are divided vertically into two parts, and the sides in the form of metal tubes adjoin the seat, which also constitute the legs of the sofa, wherein the rear vertical leg is diagonally connected to the arched front leg, and between them there is a connector in the form of a decorative metal element with a mesh situated between thin metal tubes bent in the shape of arcs, while armrests are attached to the front leg on vertical metal tubes, while the backrest of the sofa in the form of a cushion, divided vertically into three equal parts, is tilted backwards at the height of the connection of the rear vertical leg with the arched front leg, while the upper edge of the backrest of the sofa is arched, and the height of the backrest cushion is less than its width, and in the central part of the backrest cushions they have stitching with a curved line, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 5 and 6.
