Znane sa krzesla majace stelaz, siedzisko, oparcie i podlokietniki, stojace na wieloramiennych podstawach wyposazonych w amortyzator i kólka jezdne, badz na plozie lub na czterech nogach. Krzesla stojace na nogach moga byc jedno, dwu lub trzymiejscowe. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac krzesla przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony w osmiu odmianach w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym skladajacym sie z rysunku i fotografii. Ma ono podlokietniki, których wsporniki, z cylindrycznym trzpieniem zakonczonym u góry podluzna stopka, sa mocowane pod siedziskiem do stelaza. Krzeslo w odmianie drugiej osadzone jest na stelazu wyposazonym w ploze, a jego podlokietniki stanowia zalamane przedluzenia przednich nóg przechodzacych w ploze. Podlokietnik jest przykryty profilowana nakladka. Krzeslo w odmianie trzeciej osadzone jest na rurowym stelazu stojacym na czterech nogach, w którym przednia i tylna noga przedluzone ponad siedzisko sa polaczone ze soba na ksztalt odwróconej litery „U" tworzac podlokietnik. Known chairs include a frame, seat, backrest, and armrests, standing on multi-arm bases equipped with shock absorbers and casters, or on runners or four legs. Chairs with legs can be single, two, or three-seater. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the chair, manifested in its shape and line layout. The subject of the design is shown in eight variations in the attached illustrative material, consisting of a drawing and a photograph. The first variant, shown in drawings Figs. 1 and 2 and photographs Figs. 1, 3 and 14, shows a swivel chair mounted on a frame equipped with a multi-arm base with a shock absorber and single wheels, which supports the seat, backrest, and armrests. Figs. 1 and 13 show the chair in an oblique front view, and Figs. 2 and 14 in an oblique rear view. The second variant, shown in drawings Figs. 3 and 4 and photographs Figs. 15 and 16, shows a chair mounted on a tubular frame equipped with a runner, which supports the seat and backrest, and the armrests constitute an extension of the front legs of the chair, which merge into the runner. Figures 3 and 15 show the chair in an oblique front view, and figures 4 and 16 in an oblique rear view. The third variant shown in figures 5 and 6 and photographs figures 17 and 18 shows a chair mounted on a tubular frame supporting the seat and backrest, standing on four legs, in which the front and rear legs are extended above the seat of the chair and connected together in the shape of an inverted "U". Figures 5 and 17 show the chair in an oblique front view, and figures 6 and 18 in an oblique rear view. The fourth variant shown in Figures 7 and 8 and photographs Figures 19 and 20 shows a chair mounted on a tubular frame supporting the seat and backrest, standing on four legs, in which the front and rear legs are connected together below the seat in the shape of an inverted asymmetrical "V". Figures 7 and 19 show the chair in an oblique front view, and Figures 8 and 20 in an oblique rear view. The fifth variant shown in Figure 9 in an oblique front view shows a double-width chair mounted on a tubular frame standing on four legs, having two seats and two backrests arranged side by side in series. The sixth variant, shown in Fig. 10 in an oblique front view, shows a double-width chair mounted on a tubular frame like the fifth variant, having a seat and backrest arranged in series next to each other and a rectangular tabletop next to the seat. The seventh variant, shown in Fig. 12 in an oblique front view, shows a triple-width chair mounted on a tubular frame, having three seats and three backrests arranged in series next to each other. The eighth variant, shown in Figure 11 in an oblique front view, depicts a triple-wide chair on a tubular frame, like the seventh variant, but with two seats and two backrests, and a rectangular top attached to the frame at seat height. Essential Industrial Design Features: All chair variants have a frame supporting padded, upholstered quadrangular seats with rounded edges marked with stitching, and rigid, contoured backrests made of plastic sheet. The backrest has vertical rows of oval holes and is curved backward in its lower and upper sections. The upper backrest has two sockets on its rear surface, which accommodate two tubular supports that penetrate the backrest board at its lower section. These supports are curved and connect to the frame under the chair seat. The first chair is swivel and mounted on a frame equipped with a multi-arm base with a shock absorber and casters. It has armrests whose supports, with a cylindrical pin ending in a long foot at the top, are attached to the frame under the seat. The second chair is mounted on a frame equipped with a cantilever, and its armrests are angled extensions of the front legs that merge into the cantilever. The armrest is covered with a profiled cover. The third chair is mounted on a tubular frame standing on four legs, in which the front and rear legs, extended above the seat, are connected in an inverted "U" shape, creating an armrest. The armrest is covered with a profiled cover. The fourth version of the chair is mounted on a tubular frame standing on four legs, in which the front and rear legs are connected below the seat in the shape of an inverted, asymmetrical "V." The two side pairs of legs are connected by a tubular connector under the seat. The fifth version of the chair is double-wide and stands on four legs, like the fourth version, but has two seats and two backrests side by side. The sixth version of the chair is also double-wide and has the same frame as the fifth version, but has only one seat and backrest, and a rectangular tabletop next to the seat.
