Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac krzesla przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Known chairs include a frame, seat, backrest, and armrests, resting on runners or multi-arm bases equipped with shock absorbers and casters. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the chair, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The design is shown in the attached illustrative material, consisting of a drawing and a photograph, in four variations, the first, second, and third of which are mounted on a frame pivotally attached to a multi-arm base equipped with a shock absorber and casters. The fourth variation of the chair is mounted on a frame with a runner at the end. The first variant of the chair, shown in figures 1 and 2 and photographs figs. 9, 10 and 11, has a tilting high backrest attached to the frame on hinges. Figs. 1 and 9 show the chair in an oblique front view, figs. 2 and 11 in an oblique back view, and fig. 10 in a side view. The second variant of the chair, shown in figures 3 and 4 and photograph fig. 12, has a high backrest rigidly attached to the frame. Fig. 3 shows the chair in an oblique front view, and figs. 4 and 12 in an oblique back view. The third variant of the chair, shown in figures 5 and 6 and photographs figs. 13 and 14, has a low backrest rigidly attached to the frame. Figures 5 and 13 show the chair in an oblique front view, and figures 6 and 14 in an oblique rear view. The fourth chair variant, shown in figures 7 and 8 and photographs figures 15 and 16, is mounted on a frame equipped with a runner, supporting the seat and backrest. All chair variants according to the pattern have a profiled, quadrangular, padded, and upholstered seat with slightly rounded edges at the front and back, the side edges of which are marked with a beaded seam. The rear section of the seat has a cross-stitching across its entire width. The chair's padded and upholstered backrest is shaped like a contoured quadrangle, bent backward, with the side edges marked by a beaded seam. A double boss runs down the center of the backrest. In the first and second versions, the backrest is raised, and its upper section is separated from the lower section by horizontal stitching running across the entire width of the back and front of the backrest. In the first version, the tilting backrest is attached to the frame on hinges. In the remaining versions, the backrest is rigidly mounted to the frame. In the first three chair versions, the frame pivots on a multi-arm base, and the armrests have closed L-shaped supports attached to the frame under the seat. The armrests in these varieties are shaped like an elongated, slightly rounded quadrangle, the longer sides of which run along the side edges of the seat. In the fourth chair variety, the frame is finished with a runner, and the armrests are bent to the level of the front legs extensions with plastic or wooden sleeves.
